The stay was comfortable but the hotel rate was higher than expected.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. The car park which is located next to the hotel is convenient.

Cons:

There are 3 points I would like to raise.
1. The staff member helping us to check in did not proactively communicate to us the time of the breakfast and the check-out time. I had to ask for the related information myself. If they are not good in English, they could be showing the customers the essential information on paper or using a translation tool.
2. The hotel rate of one night was quite high comparing to that of the hotel in Nagasaki under the same hotel chain group.
3. The hotel interior design looked a bit old fashion. The door frames and wall paper were showing lots of wear and tear.
