Worst crown plaza I’ve ever stayed in. Air conditioning was terrible - weird smell throughout, view out the window was of a rusty service roof, awful lobby without decent seating area, and not great value- rooms almost doubled in price due to holiday weekend demand, and even 2 months out they couldn’t accommodate a request for two single beds. Staff of course tried their best as they always do in Japan.

Pagato 130 euro per un giorno. La struttura é fantastica, gli ascensori veloci e intelligenti. Bella la finestra e la vista sulla stazione, materassi comodi e doccia/vasca funziona molto bene. Personale super gentile.
