There will be power outages:
3/3/2025 (for guests staying on 3/2) and 3/10/2025 (for guests staying on 3/9).

The power outages will be from 12:30 AM to 5 AM in both cases.
In guest rooms: All services will be cut off except for telephones and water.
Inside the building: Elevators, escalators, lights, and automatic doors will be cut off.

Please note that the hotel will be closed for electrical equipment upgrades on the following dates: 8th March - 11th March, 2026.
Guests will not be able to stay during this period.

Had a wonderful stay at ANA Crowne Plaza Kanazawa , clean, spacious room with a great view, polite staff, and convenient
Pros:

We really enjoyed stay at ANA Crowne Plaza Kanazawa. The hotel is conveniently near the station. The room was clean, spacious, and had a big window with a wide view. The staff were very polite, especially Ayano Sasaki, who attended me during check in and spoke excellent English. Thank you Ayano Sasaki 🤍.

大満足！
Pros:

朝食が最高でした！パンにつけるペーストやジャムの種類が豊富。シリアルも３種類、トッピングも９種類もありました。おにぎりをその場で作ってくれたり、卵料理もその場で作ってくれたり、ライブ感もあります。金沢おでんなど地元の食材や料理が食べられるのも嬉しい。

Clean, convenient, and super helpful staff
Pros:

It was super easy to find right by the train station, which was my main requirement for only my second night in Japan.

Also, an easy walk to the main sights in the town, such as the castle and historic landmarks.

There is a mall right opposite, too, if you need to grab extra warm clothes!!

The staff were incredibly helpful and signed me up to the free ANA program so I could get extra benefits. They also did the luggage forwarding for me to Tokyo without any problems.

Didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on this element.

The room was clean, well presented, with plenty of room for one (or two, I guess) for a couple of nights.

Cons:

There's nothing to really dislike. It's a convenient, straightforward Japanese city hotel!
