Cons:

Staff could have been more helpful. Corridors were smelly and rooms were not cleaned. Very limited halal food options even in breakfast. Driving through Parking entrance was like putting a thread in the needle. I forgot the luggage cover in the garage. It was difficult to communicate with the staff.

Notre chambre était sale , nous avons trouvé des crottes de chiens et des croquettes dans notre chambre . Malgré nos observations à l 'accueil , rien n 'a été fait .
En dédommagement , il devait nous rembourser deux nuits de parking à 21,00€ la nuit ( maigre dédommagement pour un 4 étoiles ) et à ce jour, toujours rien .
concernant la connexion wifi , j 'ai du me déplacer au milieu des couloirs de distribution des chambres pour un semblant de connexion .
PS : je vous conseille de changer de responsable d 'hôtel si vous voulez être digne d 'un 4 étoiles

Pros:

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement de l'établissement au coeur de la ville.
Le parking est suffisant pour le nombre de chambre, même si l'entrée n'est pas faite pour les gros véhicules.
La gestion de la climatisation est efficace.

Cons:

40 ans de carrière à vivre dans l'ensemble des établissements du groupe accord, j'ai été malheureusement déçu.
L'organisation de cet hôtel est catastrophique.
Le check in est non respectueux de la clientèle, les personnes attendaient plus d'une heure, même à l'extérieur de l'établissement, pour découvrir en arrivant à l'accueil que la chambre n'était pas prète. Le manque de personnel pour l'accueil et pour le ménage est flagrant.
Nous sommes arrivés à 14H30 pour une prévision de chambre à 15 heures, notre chambre n'a été prète qu'à 16H15.
Le personnel n'est pas qualifié, ce sont des personnes embauchées pour des job d'été, très loin de la qualité ACCOR et de son école d'hôtellerie.
Enfin, le petit déjeuner n'est pas complet pour un soi-disant contiental : Pas d'oeuf au plat, pas de poisson, viennoiserie limitée, ETC...
