There was no towel in our room. I find this surprisingly unacceptable in Japan give the country’s usual standard of service. We had to phone the front to ask for towels. They were not apologetic and only gave us half of what should be provided…

Pros:

Good central location close to castle Park, glass museum and restaurants. Less than 10 minutes to walk from station but the tram stops at the hotel if you'd prefer not to walk.

快適に過ごせましたしスタッフの方に紹介していただいたそのスタッフさんがよく利用されていたお寿司屋さんが美味しいしお値段も安くご一緒した地元のご夫婦と大将　女将さんとも盛り上がってスタッフの方に感謝です

Cons:

２階へのエスカレーターは感知式にして朝６時から夜１１時くらいまで稼働してもらえたらと思いました
１００９号室のバスタブが漏れていたようでした
