Wonderful place to stay.
Hotel staff are all very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, our room was very run down and badly in need of renovating. The head of guest relations was very understanding and tried to make it up to us.
Beautiful grand hotel, very convenient to beach and pedestrianized center of town for shopping. Very good breakfast.

week-end très reposant dans ce superbe établissement idéalement situé et proche de tout. la vue de la chambre sur la mer est à couper le souffle, tres reposant et agreable. un établissement haut de gamme avec un service discret et pro. la chambre familiale tres grande et calme, parfaitement bien insonorisée et que dire de la literie très confortable ! le petit espace bien etre est tres apreciable, il manque juste un petit bassin de nage et cela serait parfait! le petit déjeuner vue mer très sympa! définitivement le meilleur établissement pour un week-end a Cabourg !
Loved our stay at this hotel. First Class.
Décevant.. voir révoltant , plus de 1000€ la nuit pour une chambre datée, mobilier écorné, défraîchi. Tv non connectée, cast qui ne fonctionne pas.. Énormément d’attente quand on tente d’appeler la réception (quand ça répond..) Service de restauration en chambre limité et pas du tout au niveau.. La terrasse personnelle est grande mais pas du tout bien entretenue, c’est incroyable..
vraiment pas un bon rapport qualité prix, à ce tarif on attend bien mieux d’un 5 Étoiles.
Reste la gentillesse du personnel qui est le seul point réellement positif.

Bâtisse ancestrale magnifique mais malheureusement les prestations et le service manquent de perfection pour un 5 étoiles et le prix demandé : attente au bar de 45 mn sans être servies, salle de bain très sommaire, madeleines signature en vente à 12 euros plutôt qu’être données, pas de voiturier, de as d’aide pour les valises, pas d’accompagnement à la chambre.

Very nice luxury hotel, famous for the many stays Marcel Proust had here during the early 1900s. Staff are very helpful and breakfast is excellent. Its restaurant isn’t open all 7 days of the week, but it has a nice bar. It is situated right on the beach, with a range of room options both facing the sea or a view on the lovely gardens and town of Cabourg. The colour schemes for some of rooms and corridors are a bit odd but one gets used to them quickly. Recommended for stays of a few days to relax and enjoy the seaside and offerings of Cabourg.
Rooms are huge, loads of great restaurants near by plus great food on site. Found a great kids club just down to the left on the beach that the kids loved. I'll be back.
