Check in was terrible - took far too long
l'emplacement idéal dans l'aéroport, pratique pour prendre son vol à n'importe quelle heure, et le check-in à n'importe quelle heure tellement pratique!
l'hôtel est assez haut de gamme donc les prix des restaurants sont assez élevés aussi
The breakfast was exceptional. Lots of choices and really delicious - very friendly staff too!
The check in and check out is really inefficient. All the desks are in a circle so no one knows where to queue and lots of people do not get in line - they just walk up to different people. There should be a dedicated member of staff (possibly the bell boy or the lift person) who should be monitoring this and ensuring people do not push in. The check out took over 15 minutes, when it was just to drop our key off. This is because of the large queue and again, there should have been a separate drop off point. The room was ok but not the quality we expected for the price we paid.
