Springhill Suites has friendly staff, comfy beds, quiet rooms, a well-equipped gym and exceptional daily breakfast.
Pros:

The staff morning noon and night were always friendly, welcoming and helpful. I loved the breakfasts! And the gym was a welcome activity for me every morning.

Cons:

This is not applicable. I liked everything and had no issues at all during my eight day stay.

Would not be back.
Pros:

Tv" Good size and clear.
Refrigerator: Was cold.
Location: Close to airport.
Cleanliness: You should have a number rating for this. On a scale of 1-10, I would give a 6.5
A/C unit worked well.

Cons:

Shower: Ended up with a handicap room, so no curb to hold water.
Water from shower went on the floor and got soaking wet, including my footwear.

Shower head wasn't movable, also, pipe was very loose coming out of wall.
Ended up using all but one towel to soak up floor.

Bathroom sink must have been clogged, water drainage was poor built up to fast. Limited usage.
Window Shade was broken, asked front desk to fix, but was told maintenance was not on premises.

Quick one-night stay but Exceeded Expectations
Pros:

Man at front desk was very nice and welcoming. Airport transfer was easy and quick. Room was larger than expected.

Cant think of anything.

Great if you have an early flight in the morning!
Pros:

It is the last stop on the shuttle to the airport which means we can sleep later for an early flight and not spend a lot of time on the bus.
Staff is pleasant, rooms are big AND the hotel is usually quiet.

The experience was a positive one; the staff were friendly attentive and kind.
Pros:

Property was clean, rooms were very spacious, loved the separate shower from bathroom. That was a plus.
Hotel had a pool and weight room which was great.

Cons:

There were two things I didn’t like, one the room did not have a dresser to put clothing away, forcing me to live out of the luggage was a negative.
The second was the complimentary breakfast could have been better. They had sandwiches in plastic instead of trays with let’s say scrambled eggs bacon sausage etc.

Cons:

Breakfast was not ready by 7:15. We had to come back later. The creamer ran out. There were very little forks and spoons and knives. The plates ran out. Fortunately we didn't have enough to leave until 8 am to get to where we were going, so we were a lot to eat.

Marriotts are consistently clean, comfortable, and secure. The breakfast was very good. We hope you pay your staff well.

Cons:

We don’t like that you are dropping the shuttle service. That is one of the best perks for traveling guests.

En si me encanto por que el escuchar lo oscuro aviones ser a eso me agradaba

Pues el personal fue un poco de mal gusto,ya que hubo un proceso e evacuación del cuarto ya que salieron muchas ormigaa por el lavamano,me pusieron en otra abitacion y tenia mal holor,y por el presio que se pago,pues no fue conforme con el trato,solo pido que el dueño este al pendiente,y arregle las paredes donde esta la piscina,aun así le agradezco por todo.
