Pros:

it was very clean the housekeepers wasn't in the way the staff was so pleasant
my husband and I have stayed at hotels in the area and I have had a issue with all of them this time I had no complained

The facilities was very nice and clean.

Cons:

Their was not complimentary coffee. I have stayed at many hotels and they have always supplied free coffee.

Our room key would work for awhile and then not work. We went to the front desk five times and they would fix them and only one would work for awhile.It was annoying to have to go to the front desk about this problem.

Cons:

Air conditioner was falling apart in room. Overall cleanliness was ok. Pop top in room not ours. Bathroom walls very marked up. Bar was closed Saturday night no explanation. Pool needed cleaning. Koi pond needs repair

Pros:

The hotel was clean and the staff was pleasant.

Cons:

The reservation was paid in full with Booking.com and the hotel charged each person separately. Then claimed they couldn't see the reservation when I called back. Still trying to get the refund on my Corp card.

It seemed like there might have been a race track near by, but the noise was done plenty early enough to get a good night’s sleep.
