Room was a nice size and comfortable.

Cons:

Pool out of order.
Smells like the sewer in the hallway.
We had to fix our own television. Staff was no help.
Things were broken—-we tried to change the toilet paper roll and the holder flew off the wall.

Wasn't great, the room didn't live up to the hilton/ Hampton standards
Pros:

Location was great parking wasn't bad.

Cons:

We had to wait 30 minutes to get checked in due to No one at the front desk, toilet didn't flush well, shower head was clogged took 30 min to take a 5 min shower. Wall next to shower was peeling. Walls were paper thin you could hear the people in the next room having a party. Pool was closed was an indoor pool. Overall not up to the Hilton standard

In town for a funeral. It was good to have a clean spacious room
Pros:

I told the desk girl, hispanic, worked night of 10-10-2025 and morning of 10-11-2025 in Garden City, Ks., about the ink or marker on the light switch and she ran up immediately and cleaned it. Very impressed. She deserves more than a star. If she did that for me she is probably doing a lot of other good things.

Good except for shower.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good and always on time.

Cons:

My spouse is handicapped. We expected a walk in shower but got a tub shower instead. He could not use the shower. I thought I requested handicap room.

I’d still stay here again.

Perfect for us.
Pros:

No biscuits and gravy, but everything else was right on. Eggs were fluffy and moist. Bacon was cooked the way we liked and the juice was cooled right.

Cons:

We had no complaints. Would have been a bonus to have a recliner in the room.
