Half the lights in the room
Didn’t work. Not enough towels for 3 of us. We also have a young daughter age 3 and difficult to get her settled with the outside noise

Cons:

Dated, cold, walls paper thin with noise throughout the night and morning. Toilet was made for an Ewok. If you like hotels like from the Shining then this is a must visit.

Adequate and staff were excellent. Good bathroom products.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Excellent choice but cold plates and cold food (eggs and bacon is not pleasant cold). Staff responded and said the plate heater was on but it certainly was not efficient.

Cons:

Bathroom was somewhat tired but spacious and board outside the bath needed to be replaced.

Not a happy one this time.
Pros:

Location and Louise on reception who did his best.

Cons:

The house-keeping was APPALLING. Room not made up at all one day. Five days out of seven we were not left enough towels. Coffee/milk/biscuit supply a complete lottery with only the first day when all three were available. Checkout " Checking out? You have already paid, that's it thank you. Bye." A very poor show for £90 a night minimum.

Fantastic location and great hotel
