For us, a great location, free car parking, huge room, dogs welcome and excellent breakfast.
Car park is a little tight also our heater was broken (but a free standing on was provided).
Very near restaurants
Bedrooms very dated, lots of things broken or just worn.Very noisy and you could hear the lift all night .We did get partial refund when we complained and staff were apologetic.
Location.
Staff is incable of finding the bookings, repatedly asked for informatioin they already had plus were not able to product an invoice. Same every year, unfortunately.
I had stayed at the Holiday Inn Kenilworth before and have always been happy with the facilities and service. This time I had an extended stay of 16 days, so I did not know how it would hold up, but I need not have worried. The room was a large size Executive room (414) with two windows, an extra large bed and a walk-in shower. I needed to rest, and I was not disturbed. If I needed something the staff were always ready and helpful. I had the breakfast on a couple of days and it was varied and plentiful, with everything one could reasonably expect. The Hash browns were very good, as was the bacon! They had coffee machines which, surprisingly, made good Latte. Location is great. At the top of the new High Street (Warwick road) and within walking distance of the Castle and Old High Street. Overall, a great stay. Would I return? I plan to.
Location
Drain in sink was clogged. Informed the front desk but it was never cleared out during our 2 night stay.
Location and my colleagues
The wet smell in the floors, bubbles in the carpet and the room was ice cold!!!
Convenient location. Lovely water pressure and hot water. Beds super comfy.
Chewing gum under bedside table, no sockets by bedside tables. Towels a bit thin and staff a bit lacking in proactivity.
Very nice welcoming place
Very clean
Lovely shower
Location was great
Room on the small side
No sockets by the bed
Beds to soft but that's my personal preference
Location, price
General rundown feel
wasn't expecting anything in fridge but there it was staring at me a nice bar of chocolate and 2 cans of sparkling water.
Since our last visit, theyve started having a long overdue freshen up. The corridors and framework all given a good coat of paint and the bathroom looked recently refreshed in our room.
The parking charge introduced last year, has now been removed too!
Large room. Fantastic bathroom with underfloor heating (executive room).
Only 2 tea bags and 2 potts of milk. If you want a drink when you arrive and then in morning there isn't enough
Excellent breakfast
Clean
Spacious room
Overall hotel looking a bit tired
Car parking not easy
Bedrooms very dated as is the bathrooms
Rooms ver dated. Parking wasn’t great
