Lovely stay with great breakfast!
Pros:

The breakfast lady, Lucy, was extremely helpful to my mobility impaired husband! KUDOS! Our room was spacious enough for the use of a walker. The morning front desk people were friendly and helpful. The accessibility issues listed below did not keep us from having a nice stay.

Cons:

We asked for an accessible room upon booking. I called ahead of time to confirm stating concerns about mobility, especially in the bathroom and was reassured that they had what we needed.Upon arrival, I noticed the bathtub situation and asked for a loaner shower chair. The front desk clerk was polite but told me there wasn't one to loan. I told her of my call to ensure the fully accessible room, she checked and then said that while they had that type of room, it was not available. While my husband could utilize the bathroom, the shower was not accessible for him. There was one grab bar at the side to the tub, as well as around the raised toilet seat for which we were thankful for. Hence, he could not shower. Poor guy. While this sounds like a lot, sometimes we have to "settle".
