Pros:

Location is good. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

Just not the standards typical of the chain. Room was clean but public areas often needed swept or vacuumed. Breakfast was okay, but not as good as we have experienced at others. Price was high, though it is probably the best hotel in area.

Wonderful place, close to i-40, Route 66 places to look at. Will definitely stay again.

Best beds and pillows ever!
Pros:

The BEDS. Comfiest bed I’ve ever stayed in. The comforter almost felt weighted, but was still breathable. They had pillows labeled soft and firm. The soft ones were heavenly! I want to know how I can own one of those comforters!!

Cons:

The shower was dirty with black and orange gunk all over the bottom of the tub that looked like it could’ve easily been cleaned off with a good scrubbing.

SHamrock is a very small town but locate don I-40 in a good place to stop.
Pros:

Breakfast was good and the staff person I dealt with at check in was ver attentive.

Cons:

Th shower had hair on the tile wall which indicate that the maid/cleaning staff didn't do a very thorough job. I brought it to the intention of the front desk and she said that they had been fully booked previously and possibly the cleaner/maid didn't get a chance to can thoroughly.
