Cons:

At the time of check in I was told they had to put a 25$ hold on my card, my card statement shows it's 30$ hold and still hasn't been returned back to my card, I was in town due to my mother being in ICU down the street and had stayed at another hotel the previous night and received my deposit on my card the day I checked out so I'm not sure why they still haven't refunded me from this hotel

Our air conditioner was not working. Some of our outlets were not working. Talked to them in the front desk n later on got us another room to move to.

I will never stay at a IHG again. After years of service
Pros:

Breakfast was okay. Had to put juice out of jugs which I felt was not safe someone could’ve dropped anything in it as well as drunken from the jug. The location was in more of a low class area. Homeless were on the property along fence. Very unsafe.

Cons:

I didn’t like the room I was given where the door was not closing all the way. It was obvious that the door had been kicked down in the past from god knows who. yu could literally hear the next room sneeze through the night. Bathroom had cracked up walls, carpet completely stained, a/c kept going to heat, ice machine was mildew all around. There was a trash bag inside the ice machine as well I couldn’t dare fill my cup either ice from the filth. They did change my room which was no better & Receptionist also gave me my 2nd room key saying my room number out loud where other guests were in the lobby which should be thought to them as a safety issue. I’ve never stayed at a holiday inn with these much problems. I also don’t do reviews but I feel as tho the next person should be aware. This may be okay stay for a Man who’s working. Not family recommended

It was very disappointing.
Pros:

Check in was easy

Cons:

The rooms were not clean - carpet are stained, some of the light fixtures was not working, bathroom was in bad condition-cracks and stains. Breakfast was not a great- only few items. Not many seating in the breakfast area.

I won't stay here again. So many things need to be updated or repaired.

The breakfast was OK.

Cons:

The ice machines on floors 2, 3, and 4 didn't work. Only the ice machine on the first floor worked. How can only one of four ice machines work? Total lack of maintenance. The fire alarm went off at 3:00 am. The juice machine in the breakfast area was out of order. I've never seen a hotel with TV sets as small as these. The larger TV set in the breakfast area only shows some of the picture. It needs to be replaced. Where you come into the hotel the concrete was broken. This facility is need of major updating and repairs.

Ok stay
Pros:

Good breakfast.

Cons:

Bath tub needed cleaning hairs in bath tub and on siap dish in the shower. Couldnt shower sorry, the heater didnt want to work either
