I absolutely love everything about this hotel!! I really prefer to not be so close to the strip and this place is perfect! It's not overly crowded, the rooms are nice and big. Great amenities. My home away from home

Despite of having a kitchenette and a big size room I will never stay here again. I need a good working AC in Vegas. I r

The location

Cons:

The thermostat in the room is locked at 69. You can’t change any settings. It is so hot outside that the room temp was around 73 which it was very hot at night. It never came down to 69. The staff sent a technician and he fixed it but in a couple of hours the thermostat was locked again and I couldn’t adjust the temp.

I will be back and this is motivating me to want to plan my next stay, sooner.
Pros:

THIS PLACE cannot be topped. Just off the strip, it’s a short shuttle ride to the southern start of the trip trip. The shuttle travels very frequently and is complementary, and Luiz makes for a very pleasant ride as the host. The room was the biggest room I’ve ever had in a hotel in my life, and extremely comfortable.

Pros:

Last-minute booking due to flight cancellation. The front desk staff was very welcoming when I arrived after midnight and sympathetic to my situation. Beautiful hotel. I wish I could have stayed longer, but I had to check out around 4:00 a.m. to catch my rescheduled flight.

My stay was nice. The hotel was conveniently located,clean with decent breakfast in the morning. The staff was very nice
Pros:

The property was very close to were we needed to go. The van which took you locally was helpful also. The staff was extremely nice and very helpful.
My flight didn’t leave until 10pm, so having a 1/2 day rate was extremely helpful. In was also nice to have on site laundry.

Cons:

The furniture in the suite was dated and uncomfortable.
The bed on the other hand was very comfortable. I really got some decent rest.
The power of the shower head was minimal. It took a long time to take a shower.
Thank goodness the water was hot though.

Pleasant surprise
Pros:

Breakfast was great and shuttle drivers were very helpful. The young man at check in was very helpful. Cleaning staff was very accommodating & maintenance gentleman was very professional. Pleasantly quiet. Great location for Raider game. We will definitely be back

Cons:

Breakfast hours should be included in itinerary or posted in rooms as a courtesy reminder. Area around shampoo/conditioner/body wash had mold
