Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect — the ocean and beach were just across the road, and shops and cafés were within walking distance.The rooms were very spacious, cozy and clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The pool wasn’t big, but it was very clean and comfortable.
We really enjoyed our time and would happily stay here again!

Very happy with value for money. Lovely and clean and spacious and ten out of ten for location. I would definitely stay
Pros:

The location is a short walk to the beach, supermarket, cafes and restaurants. It was nice and quiet even over New Years. Very spacious. Having off street parking is a bonus too.

Cons:

A little dated but it worked well for a beach accommodation.

Amazing family getaway just an hour from home :)
Pros:

Self contained. Location. Heated pool. Spacious winged apartment. Amazing staff. We’ll def be back!!

A bit dated inside. Kitchen very small. Beds far too hard for my back.

Cons:

The code given to open the lock box for the apartment key is buried amongst a lengthy email.
It is not highlighted as it should be.
We had to helped by guests to get to our room and in return we had to help an elderly couple who flew from the UK and we're exhausted and quite distressed at being unable to check in.
This system needs serious upgrading.

Comfortable and clean in an excellent location.
Pros:

There was everything we needed, plenty of towels, comfortable beds, washing machine and dryer, adequate kitchen facilities. The apartment certainly didn’t look new, but is well maintained. The location was exceptional, across the road from the beach, sunsets visible from the terrace. Scarborough has a lovely relaxed vibe.

Nothing.
