Me dieron una habitación donde no se podía descansar por el ruido, todo lo de afuera se escuchaba muy claro fue molestos para descansar. Las almohadas muy planas

Good value for your money. It's close to two metro stations that can take you to a lot of places in the city but also very close to Palacio belles artes (15 mins walk) and 30 mins to Zocalo. There are a lot of restaurants and cafés close as well where you can eat. Room is comfy enough but basic, yet clean. Water in the shower was warm and bed was comfy. I didnt use the daily cleaning but they clean daily if you want that. Theres also a restaurant inside the hotel that seemed full almost every time I walked by

Muy sucio, ni limpian de bajo de las camas, pedí cama grande y me dieron una chica para dos, no había espacio para dos, colchón duro, almohadas feas y pocas, de bajo de la cama había vasos y mucho polvo... El baño tenía un montón de pelos cuando nos dieron la habitación..

Realmente me encantó es un buen lugar para descansar, queda muy cerca de las atracciones principales las cuales puedes llegar fácilmente caminando o en metro (Balderas).
Te resguardan tus maletas aunque aún no hagas el check In.
