El restaurante no funcionaba y regularmente tienen mucho tema para cobrar con tarjeta además de que no te llevan el desayuno si no pagas primero y cuando vas a pagar con tarjeta tienes que bajar y pagar lo mismo no te acuerdas con el desayuno ya

Cons:

I have stayed here several times for the past 10 years. All good, but I got room #111 again and the “bad mattresses” haven’t been replaced. The edges are faulty where one could fall off if you turn towards the edge as the support is gone. Both beds have the same issue. The one closest to the bathroom is more defective. Please replace them.

La supervisora, quien atendia en recepción, fue muy irrespetuosa cuando me acerque a comentarle que habia enviado un mensaje a través de la app para solicitar 2 camas. Primero dijo que no lo habian recibido porque la reserva era por booking, y luego admitio haberlo leido pero indico que me queria cobrar casi el doble de lo que habia abonado para realizar el cambio de habitación, siendo que el hotel no estaba full. Ademas, le comente que en la descripción de la habitación ponia que tenia 26m2, razon por la cual elegi ese alojamiento, y es totalmente mentira… con suerte llega a 12-15. Tambien me falto el respeto la muchacha alegando que era error de booking, es decir, que lejos de hacerse cargo, maltrato y culpo a agentes externos contratados por ellos. No lo recomiendo. Por ese precio o menos se consigue algo similar o mejor. Las fotos no son reales.
