I didn’t stay when I was supposed to. We got a cheaper hotel so we shouldn’t have expected much but for $87 for one night I guess I had hopes. What made us leave before we would even set our bags down was the floor was sticky and the bed was VERY used. It could have been clean I don’t know but the floor got me. I had 2 kids with me both under 3 so maybe if it was just us adults and I brought my own blankets I would have probably been fine with it.
The idea of it having a pool
The staff were friendly but I think they lived there with their whole family. Kids and all. Plus they told me I could have any clean towels because someone had not done laundry. ON A SATURDAY! No laundry?
It was quiet and front desk staff were nice
The room smelled like cigarette smoke terrible and the bathroom was not super clean.

Needs updating
Cheap and always has an available room when I need it.
My bed was supposed to be a king size it definitely was not. The bed constantly moved no matter what I did. Only one outlet in the room I was in.
The location was at a convenient spot, pool was nice. The room was cleaned.
Every time we came back to the room it took 10 mins at least to get the key card to work for the room. And even the housekeeping key would not work for the room. We had the same problem last year when we stayed.
The fitness center was closed.
Customer service was exceptional. They all went over & beyond to accommodate us. We were traveling from MD for a youth basketball tournament. We felt welcomed & we appreciated that!
