Pros:

Close to the airport if you got early morning flight take a bus to airport and walk to the hotel. Its very convenient

Cons:

Weird smell of guttering. I was told no air conditioning is allowed and have to sleep with window open if I want any air circulation. Apparently this is a green hotel and the area it’s built in does not allow AC. I was not made aware of this beforehand.
