Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit in Plettenberg Bay und in dieser Unterkunft.
Pros:

wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit eigenem Balkon. Von dort aus, hatte man einen atemberaubenden Fernblick in die tolle Bucht mit dem sehr schönen großen Strand und den Bergen im Hintergrund.
Es war ruhig, sauber, und wie gesagt ein großes Zimmer in dem man sich wohl fühlen konnte.

Pros:

The size of the room was great, we had enough space to put suitcases and still walk around freely. The shower was also big and spacious, the water pressure was excellent! The staff were very accommodating and always friendly. The location was perfect and close to the town and beach. There was sufficient parking on site and the rooms from what I could see were wheelchair accessible. The terrace for meals and drinks had an amazing view of the ocean. There was a fan (a bit loose so it made a knocking noise when on) and there was a TV in the room.

Cons:

When we first arrived, we discovered dirty/stained sheets on the bed, which was quite off-putting, staff replaced them immediately after I had asked for new sheets, but I didn't like that this was acceptable at first. The pillows are a bit old and lumpy now, so can be a bit uncomfortable through the night. I also had to wipe down all surfaces, bed side tables and desk tables, because they were so dusty and sticky. Breakfast was included, but coffees were charged extra, which I thought was a bit bizarre. There should be a dustbin in the bathroom to discard sanitary products.

I would not stay here again. The pictures are deceiving and this is definitely not a 4 star hotel
Cons:

The bathrooms are horrendous, very outdated and with poor, eerie lighting. This is not a 4 star hotel or even a 3 star or hotel for that matter. There is no concierge service, nobody to help with bags, guest services are all closed from early should you need anything and the restaurant menu is limited. The pics are deceiving and this space is a waste of money

Nice view from one bedroom.

Cons:

Door didn't close unless you locked it. Latch faulty.
TV didn't work - wifi issue.
Had to mirror screen from phone which means you can't use your phone.
Bathroom light not working- didn't fix any of aboth during our 5 day stay.

Pros:

The location is great - but everything is 5min apart anyway

Cons:

It needs a serious revamp. We had one of those portable load shedding lights as a replacement for a night lampshade next to the bed. The hand shower was coming off the wall. The place needs to be revamped it is dated and grubby.
Not worth the price.
