Pobyt ogólnie rewelacja!! Na pewno wrócimy!!!

Jedzenie przepyszne, obsługa przemiła.

Cons:

Jedyne moje zastrzeżenie dotyczy łóżka w pokoju. Zamawialismy duże podwójne łóżko. Zsunięte były dwie jedynki. Średnio mi się to podobało, było troche niewygodnie.

Bardzo fajny hotel w swietnej lokalizacji. Przy samym jeziorze z wieloma atrakcjami :) z pewnoscia jeszcze wroce.
Pros:

Piekne miejsce, piekny hotel. Fajny basen, sauna. Duzo atrakcji dla dzieci + przepyszne sniadanie.

Cons:

Pokoje w stanie bardzo dobrym. Jednak prysznice juz chyba powinny zostac wymienione. To byl moj drugi pobyt i w obu prysznic byl w kiepskim stanie.

Pani na recepcji podczas obu wyjazdow- bardzo nieuprzejma. Potrafi odpowiedziec, bez spojrzenia na klienta w bardzo niemily sposob. Nie tylko wobec mnie.

Pobyt w hotelu oceniamy bardzo pozytywnie! Już na powitaniu spotkała nas miła niespodzianka – bezpłatny upgrade do większego pokoju. Obsługa jest niezwykle uprzejma, a śniadania pyszne i urozmaicone. To idealne miejsce na ferie i świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Mazur.
Mimo że obiekt nosi lekkie ślady użytkowania (drobne przybrudzenia), a w strefie SPA nie wszystkie atrakcje były aktywne (jacuzzi, bicze), to ogólna atmosfera rekompensuje te niedogodności. W pokoju było bardzo ciepło (brak regulacji temperatury), ale mimo to wypoczęliśmy znakomicie.

Pobyt w Hotelu oceniam na bardzo dobry. Pokoje czyste , na basenie bardzo ciepła woda co bylo dla nas na mega duzy plus przy dzieciach. Śniadania urozmaicone , obiadokolacje również i bardzo pyszne. Żurek był wyśmienity! Oczywiscie jak i goĺabki z farszem twarogowo-ziemniaczanym i żeberka. Pychota. Panie i Pan w recepcji bardzo mili ale najlepsza była Pani z obsługi kelnerskiej wysoka czarna. Pozdrawiamy i dziękujemy za umilenie nam pobytu w tak dobrym towarzystwie. ;)

Troszkę przeszkadzały bardzo cienkie ściany w pokoju. Było mocno słychać sąsiadów.

W hotelu było bardzo cieplutko i czysto - wbrew wcześniejszym opiniom innych gości a obsługa bardzo miła . Piękne klimatyczne miejsce , basen i sauny -faktycznie widać " zużycie " ale dla naszej 4 osobowej rodziny i tak było super . Poprostu się nie czepiamy 😉 jedzenie przepyszne , bardzo różnorodne . Plus za sale zabaw , ping-pong, kręgle , piłkarzyki i bilard - dzięki temu nie było nudy w zimie, ale myślę że latem może być tu jeszcze lepiej . Chcielibyśmy tu wrócić 😁Faktem słabo wyciszone pokoje ale po 22 hałasy milkły 🤷🏻‍♀️ spało się cudownie .
