Litt mye rot og ødelagte ting som var slengt rundt. En liten ryddejobb hadde vært på sin plass. Alle fasiliteter ser ikke ut som på bildet, men hyttene vi leide var fine og som forventet.

We were given the wrong room and told to come back in the morning to be changed. As we were only there 2 nights I felt cheated.

Other guest might mention the construction going on, but that didn’t bother my wife and I. The new wing will be enjoyed by US the paying customer on our next visit.

Das Mittagsbuffet war sehr eintönig und mehr kalt als warm. Am Abend gab es immer die gleiche Essensauswahl.
Am 4 von 7 Tagen mussten wir um Handtücher betteln, da vom Roomservice die schmutzigen Handtücher weggenommen, aber keine neuen Handtücher ins Zimmer gebracht wurden. Bei Regen hat es an zwei Stellen im Bungalow reingeregnet. Für einen Kaffee beim Frühstück musste man trotz all inklusive Paket aufzahlen. Ebenso waren nur sehr wenige Getränke im All inklusive Paket enthalten.

Where do I start, we are a well travelled Australian family who have never had an experience quite like this, but we couldn't wait to get off this island not because the location or the beach itself is stunning but the food quality is horrendous, absolute slop. Got to the point where we stopped eating. And everything, I mean everything is extremely over priced. The staff are pushy, and at every possible moment they're trying to get you to spend more money. As for the massages at Aussie prices, are NOT up to standard. Nothing like a relaxing massage with the therapist sighing throughout, the treatments were rushed, staff DON'T care.
We had a beach front bungalow the bedding is old, mattresses sunken in and stayed sunken in once you got up, also pillows have NO support at all. And to top it off after 2 out of 3 days, of wind and rain, the one sunny day we had there was a massive boat loading and unloading construction work right in the middle of the beach. The way I see it, I gave away thousands for and got nothing in return.

The main and I think only thing we didn’t like was the food, mainly the dinner. The dinner was utterly ridiculous for the price you pay to eat and the fact that it is your only option there is so frustrating. I have been to third world countries and had street food almost off the floor and it was so much better than this. Huge issue that they need to fix ASAP. Breakfast and lunch are absolutely delicious and the traditional Fijian dinner they serve on Saturday with the Fijian night is one of the best I’ve ever had. But on other days …. Please this is almost embarrassing and needs to be fixed.

The meals were average and often cold . If things ran out at breakfast they weren’t replenished so if you were late you missed out . The variety was poor.
We expected a more luxurious experience but it felt more like a high end backpacker stay, which for the cost was disappointing.
