Important information:

Please note that this property cannot accommodate bachelor/bachelorette parties or single-sex groups of 2 or more guests.

Any damage, either intentional or unintentional, unless reported to the hotel management immediately, will be charged in full to the card used to make the booking.

Unfortunately, single rooms are restricted to midweek reservations only, since all singles are actually small double rooms and are rented in advance as double rooms during the weekend.

A full menu is available at the bar 12 hours a day. No food or alcoholic drinks bought outside the hotel are allowed on the premises.

Guest not included on the booking form are not permitted in the rooms. You will be asked to leave if unauthorized guests are brought to the rooms.

Please note that the parking is limited and operates on a first-come, first-served basis.

A lovely place to stay, the location was great and the people who own the b&b is perfect
Pros:

The owners were lovely and couldn’t do enough, the place was perfect and great for the money

Cons:

Just the locks on the doors but that’s more our issue struggling with the door

Brilliant.
Pros:

The staff and management were excellent, warm welcome, great attention always on hand to help with any queried, breakfast great set you uo for the day. Near the tram also. A good relaxing feel about this place

Cons:

I should have requested a room on a lower floor, apart from.that , there was really nothing to complain about.

Everything was lovely ! My car was parked up for me and it was safe. Bar was fun and cheap.

It was lovely plenty of choice you wouldn’t go hungry here.

Stay Amazing(shame about the weather🤣)Will DEFO return in warmer months.

Breakfast lovely nothing was a problem.Rooms were adequate for comfort.Owners were amazing n very knowledgeable of places to eat lunch tea etc and trams n things to do n see.Will DEFO return😎

Cons:

For us auldies🤣our room being at the very top of the stairs was a little annoying n also the poor tv channel choices🤣but we would do it all again as the hospitality was second to none.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Lovely place and really lovely hosts. Clean, bright very welcoming. Nothing too much trouble for them. Highly recommend this establishment. Will definitely be returning.

Great little gem on the front. A must try. Thank you for a great stay.
Pros:

Location was great. Very hospitable, very friendly and welcoming. Very homely and quiet.
The breakfast was one of, possibly the best well cooked breakfast and cleanest breakfast ive had. Also theres a a good variety of choice to eat too. Worth noting, if lactose intolerant please let the hotel know as ghey will provide yoir preferred choice of milk.

Cons:

Although i prefer my room to be cooler, which it was. My collaegue prefers a warmer environment. Alghough the radiator was on full, the room was rather cool and aired.

Lovely guy that was front of house for everything very helpful and a good sense of humour...breakfast was nice ...good choice and kept us going most of the day
