Warm welcome and good stay in quiet room with a great view.
Pros:

Great location overlooking local small airstrip and the bay to the east. Quiet rooms on the view side. Near good restaurants and pub.

For the amount we paid family suit was fairly small. Will be looking for another place to stay next visit to Courtney.
Pros:

Location. Facilities including pool.

Cons:

Fridge in the room didn’t work. Hot bath had minimal air flow, not spa, just warm shallow bath. Breakfast was not replaced quick enough, many items missing at 8:30 am. Staff in the breakfast room not friendly. Minimal equipment in the gym. Towels not changed during cleaning of the room.

Pros:

Breakfast was better than many other hotels that offer free breakfast. The King bed and pillows were very comfortable. I like having a window that opens but traffic noise was loud so I would choose the riverside rooms (they don't offer King beds unfortunately on that side) but it would be quieter.

Great place for a family
Pros:

We stayed here for two nights while we visited Mount Washington. The pool, waterslide and hot tub were great!

Cons:

The breakfast was ok, not super healthy to be honest..

Good, but not a good breakfast.
Pros:

The location was good, the service too. The biggest problem was the breakfast. The eggs were tasteless. What would have helped would be to have fruit prepared differently, for instance in a fruit cup.

Cons:

The breakfast. The breakfast room was nice, but the food was not. Also, things like coffee and eggs kept running out. Please have two people running the service.

Amazing
Pros:

It is very modern and comfortable, I come almost every weekend and it’s always just as comfortable as last time. The staff are very friendly and will show you around, and you can go and get hot drinks any time for free

I’ve noticed the bathroom floors not swept in some rooms, but nothing bad
