The staff was very friendly, the location was perfect for us arriving from Vancouver and before going to Hornby Island.

A pleasant surprise - great beds, breakfast, quiet and clean!
Pros:

Loved everything! Pleasantly surprised! We had a room facing the road but it was so quiet! The breakfast was a great bonus. Close to everything and we could walk to a few pubs/restaurants.
Beds comfy and staff was so friendly!

A great family stay, with our daughters favourites being the pool & slide and Owen on reception!

Pros:

The beds were confortable and clean. The water slide for kids was a big hit. The breakfast was decent, maybe more variety from one day to another will work better.

Cons:

There was a bad smell at the beginning and I guess this is because the window opening is too small to be able to let the outside air to come through and refresh the room.

It was a good stay
Pros:

There could be better options included in the breakfast, like scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. And the dining space is small for the number of guests using the breakfast hall in the morning. Pancake machine was loved and used by kids.

Cons:

The room's tables, chairs and sofas, and furnitures had a lot of dust, the bathtub and shower area gives an old feeling. The bathroom space is good, but would prefer to see cleanliness on the floors in the bedroom and the bathroom areas.

Pros:

The bed and linen are very comfortable! Children adore the pool and slide, I love the spa ! Breakfast is wonderful, especially the pancakes
