Room was tiny, 1 queen bed, 1 kitchen chair, 1 office chair. No chair or sofa for watching the old 20" TV. Towels old & scratchy. Bed duvet smelled like men's cologne, I dont think it was clean. Bed extreamly soft. We went out for a few hours and returned to find our door ajar. We always push on doors to be sure theyre locked. Management says it looked at videos and didnt see anyone enter. The room door next to us was also ajar. They said they had maintenance in there. There were only 2 paper cups for coffee, none for drinking or brushing teeth. I would not classify this as a suite! We won't ever use this chain of hotels again.

If they clean and put bathtowels and clean everyting.
The staff was amazing! If I were basing this review on just the staff and amenities, it would be a 10!
The whole building could use a refresh. All details were nice, but showing its age. Carpets were wearing thin.

It is a good place to stay. The staff was friendly and my room was very clean. I was not aware that it's an extended stay with a large refrigerator and electric stove in the room. Usually these places are not clean but that was not the case with my room.
They do require a $150 refundable deposit damage. I notice that more and more hotels require some type of damage deposit. Lucky I had cash on me so I received the refund as as soon as I checked out.
Smelled bad and all the furniture was falling apart

They don’t respond to any communications and they don’t return security deposit like stated
Great staff and amenities were outstanding
I complained several times about the refrigerator and freezer making a loud banging noise and no one fixed it. I was there for four days.
Nothing, they didn’t have a room for me, but still tried to charge me.
The staff just said we are sold out and you’re not on our reservation list.
