Had a good stay. Staff was very polite!
The bathtub was dirty and we seen roaches in the restroom the morning we were checking out.
My family and I enjoyed our one night stay at The Best Western in Eastland TX. Customer service was beyond helpful at front desk and over phone. Our suite was spacious and the AC was very comfortably cold and adjusting it was easy. All the plumbing was working well with normal pressure. The room was very clean including restroom.
The breakfast was delicious and many options to choose from hot and cold. Complimentary self serve coffee machine 24 hours. Fresh cold iced lemonade available 24 hours and free welcome cookies at front desk was nice.The pool was opened and relaxing.
Returning soon and choosing this hotel again.Thank you Best Western!
The location was great for a midpoint stop between large cities. The staff who was on duty as we arrived after 11pm was friendly and helpful. Our room was good, and checkout was easy.
Everything was fine. Honestly, we stayed just to sleep on a long distance road trip.
The convenient location was wonderful. Staff were wonderful.
There were bugs in our room. Roaches and other bugs. Mold in our shower. Light fixture hanging from ceiling in shower. Water stained curtains. Stains on blanket.
Breakfast wasn’t bad that was about the only thing that was good
Crappy shower it was stain the shower curtain once they closed. The bed was broke down all corners even in the middle of it. The room was not cool at all. It was humid musty smell in the room switch rooms plus if it was any better no the draining wasn’t that bad in the sink the toilet and the shower

I liked that it was by Walmart with a well lit parking lot. I liked the breakfast option.
I woke up around 4am to use the restroom and there was a 2 1/2 inch cockroach on the wall by the door. Before I could kill it or get a picture, it crawled behind the mirror. I’ve never had this happen at a hotel before and I fell so incredibly “icky”…. I went down to tell the front desk, and she said “they are harmless” and “it’s because we live by a field” as if that makes it okay. I will not be sleeping tonight, and that is very unfortunate because this was my first time with Best western

The carpets were dirty and needed to be cleaned and the room had a smoking smell to it.
