I liked that it was by Walmart with a well lit parking lot. I liked the breakfast option.
I woke up around 4am to use the restroom and there was a 2 1/2 inch cockroach on the wall by the door. Before I could kill it or get a picture, it crawled behind the mirror. I’ve never had this happen at a hotel before and I fell so incredibly “icky”…. I went down to tell the front desk, and she said “they are harmless” and “it’s because we live by a field” as if that makes it okay. I will not be sleeping tonight, and that is very unfortunate because this was my first time with Best western

The carpets were dirty and needed to be cleaned and the room had a smoking smell to it.

Breakfast, location, cleanliness all perfect. A little pricey for a late arrival/ early checkout, but overall, a great hotel.
We enjoyed this property for a quick trip to the State Power Lifting Meet in Abilene. The prices were 60% less than Abilene for that weekend. The property was conveniently located - right off the interstate, was very clean and the staff was phenomenal. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. We had no issues with our stay. The breakfast was basic but good. Enjoyed the waffles! The atmosphere was clearly of a staff that enjoyed their jobs and wanted everyone to enjoy their stay.

The staff. Good parking. Nice rooms. Able to use breakfast area that evening to watch Tech game with our family.
Have yet to reapply incidentals fee back to my son-in-law’s credit card. Been over a week now.
The front desk staff was very professional and friendly.
The room was not clean. There was used bar soap in the shower, trash in the garbage cans and sticky stuff on the counter tops.
This Best Western made for a nice overnight stay. Clean, reasonably priced, and modern. Both a Taco Bell and a Walmart are within a walking distance to the hotel. The morning breakfast was decent and fed us before we were back on our holiday traveling way.
