We always love staying at this hotel! The staff is so friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable! The breakfast is very good also!!

The building is very well kept. Enjoyed my stay.

My room was by the elevator. Both Friday and Saturday morning the main housekeeping coordinator was banging on doors and screaming “housekeeping” between 8:30-8:45. This stay was an opportunity for my to sleep in after several days with little sleep due to work. I can understand 10am or especially 11am being that is check out time. But that early on weekend mornings is not acceptable and we already know we’re having to stay at this property again very soon. If this happens on another stay, it will be the last.

Customer service and food

There are certain expectations that must be met in order to receive payment for occupancy, PRIMARY among them is RUNNING WATER! Over a three night stay, we had running water for half a day each day. No offer of acknowledgmentrefund or compensation for our hardship. I will demand my money back as I am an IHG member but this stay was TOTALLY unacceptable and against occupancy laws I believe!

Staff really make you feel welcome

The hotel is 30 mts from TA&M very convenient, I enjoy the breakfast, the inconvenience was that my room smells like urine a soon I entrence the room.

Friday staff and clean

Well they told us breakfast was from 7-10am. My kids went down there from at 9 because they don't like the crowd. The food was almost gone and they refused to put anymore out. The lady today my kids breakfast was almost over with... even though it's an hour left. Stop being lazy and do your job.

Lady in the lobby helped us find the ballgame on the tv! Very helpful!

The staff was friendly and took care of my needs as needed. If I did have one complaint it was being booked into a handicap room that was clearly made to accommodate people with disabilities and possibly in wheelchairs. The shower was a bit strange for me and I would only request to stay in a regular room next time.

Property was great. Very quiet.

Everyone was nice. Hotel was clean. Great breakfast included bacon sausage pancakes biscuits and gravy and fruit. My only complaint was the beds were not super comfortable but since I am very particular on my mattresses, I don’t fault them for this. It was a nice stay.

Loud Trains in the morning, but that is my only complaint. Whoever was in charge of designing the customer experience deserves a raise. The room was beautifully designed, it looks no different than a major hotel chain. Check in staff were friendly. The room met expectations, soft bed, clean bathroom. Breakfast in the morning was as you expect from any hotel chain. I had to wake up early anyways, so the trains did not disturb me, but it is worth noting for anyone that might want to stay here.

Room quality: 4/5 - Nothing amazing, but clean.
Facilities: 3/5 - No onsite dining, but a restaurant nearby. Has a gym and quality Wi-Fi.
Bathroom standards: 5/5 - Clean!
Service: 5/5 - efficient check-in/out.
Safety and security: 5/5 - My car was not broken into.
Location: 3/5 - Along a highway, trains nearby. But I am assuming most are here for a quick night, not a vacation.
