Staff's are really helpful both reception restaurant and cleaning. Restaurant they allow us have a breakfast early because of flight times. We really enjoyed the stay

Room was tiny! Not even enough space for one person to stay comfortably. All the rooms were the same size, which isn’t helpful. We ended up leaving after the first day. They refused to refund us though. The pictures make it look better than it is, as soon as we drove up to the hotel, I could tell it would be a disaster.

Room amenities were not satisfactory

limited breakfast, no potter for luggage, dont have sleepers for washroom use.

All the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Everything was ok at the hotel with reasonable price, the staff r so friendly and react in timely manner the only issue is the water pressure was very week

This hotel was disgusting. We had bugs in our room—roaches. We sat on the bed, and it was like a rock, and we fell through the bed; it was so old. It was disgusting. The bathroom was dirty with cobwebs. The towels were old, and the floor/carpet was sticky. It smelt like mold. I asked for a refund, and they would NOT refund my money. I was out $1500. I will continue to fight these people; it's a shame how they treat guests.

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Jusmine and Niko who went extra mile to provide us the service. The staff at the front desk were equally friendly and helpful.
I fully recommend this place if you are visiting Dubai.

Great hotel - helpful staff and good facilities. Tiny gym but otherwise impressive

Property is good, but not as per the European or west living standards.
Poor stuff for discipline as well as not mating privacy standards as per their hospitality.
Staff are disturbing you when do not disturb sign on.
Staff looking in your pockets while transactions.
Inappropriate behavior.

It was ok but found a cockroach which was terrible but they tried their best to fix thinfs for us

Third time staying very convenient

Marcus was fabulous during check in. He acted quickly when we asked to change our room from smoking to none smoking. Keep it up. Not only that, the breakfast was fantastic.

The hotel is in a area which feels unsafe to go outside in the evening/night time unless you drive or use taxi.The room was smelling heavily like smoke and the bathroom was very old and mold was around the shower cabinet.The dining was very poor .Would not recommend if you are looking for cleanliness, safe and a tasty dining experience.
