Amazing stay, lovely hotel with fantastic staff.
Pros:

Our room/suite was amazing, the staff were fantastic and took a genuine interest in why we were in Manchester. It was 100m from our venue. Breakfast was fabulous.

Cons:

There was nothing not to like.

Nice, comfortable stay. Would have preferred a different room.
Pros:

Great location for visiting AO arena. Good quality hotel, clean and tidy. Welcoming staff. Lobby area very inviting and gives good impression. I like the safety aspect of the lift system where you can’t access the lift to go up unless you swipe your door card. Bar was nice and reasonable prices.

Cons:

We were allocated a disabled room, which we didn’t need. I would normally like a separate shower cubicle but our bathroom had a bath with a shower over it. Sockets for phones were floor level and would be better at bedside table height. Curtain wouldn’t pull closed properly all the way across window.
When we first arrived, the room strangely smelled of cigarette smoke but either it went or we got used to it. Wondered if it came through the ceiling vent in our room?
