Location for our music venue, good pubs and eating. Handy for Victoria station. Staff very good.
Given an unnecessary disabled room which was unpleasant. We were told this was because we had gone through booking.com

Nowhere to park outside for offloading (it’s double yellow lines) and the sink wasn’t working in my room.
