Room felt grubby and had a odd smell. Breakfast was a poor, only 1 coffee machine working and cups not replenished. 5 minute queue and paper cups, very poor.

Very Nice - would recommend
Pros:

Very nice hotel - room large, clean and very, very comfortable. Bathroom - excellent and a real bath tub! Staff very nice and very helpful. And amazingly quiet despite its central location.

Really enjoyed our overnight stay - room was comfortabe & clean, pity about hot water & toilet issue

Location very good. Breakfast staff & food on offer excellent

Cons:

We only realisedbon coming back to our room after Westlife concert, so around midnight, that the toilet in the bathroom did not flush & no hot running water from tap in wash basin. Shower & bath did have hot water. Felt it was too late to do much about it at that time
