Lovely stay again!
Pros:

Returned again to celebrate wedding anniversary. King executive.
Nice touch to have access to club lounge. Great staff in their too. Professional and really polite
From start to finish was great as always.
Comfortable room, great staff . Good breakfast.
Evening meal was a little naff but would just out in manchester next time.

Cons:

Evening meal.
Pillows were a little uncomfortable but nothing to major just personal preference

Great location, it’s a good hotel and one room is spacious enough for a family of 4, the breakfast was also decent and the price for the hotel was also good. The hotel is Is in a very good location so you can visit many places just by walking and is very accessible by public transport

Well positioned hotel with quality staff.
Pros:

Position was excellent close to the shops and tram stop, polite staff and good breakfast.

Cons:

In the bathroom the sink was blocked which made getting ready in the morning very difficult. Reported it to the front desk, someone came immediately to clear the blockage.
