Perfect
Pros:

Connor front of house from reception was absolutely outstanding and helpful to all needs required. He couldn't do more for us if he tried. The room was more than expected and matched every detail of the picture . Well worth the money and so close to everything .

I was truly shaken but not stirred.
Pros:

When I turned up the lady on reception remembered the email that I sent through and laughed when she realised that James Bond was coming. We had a few laughs telling James Bond jokes.

Pros:

We have stayed at this hotel three times now and the rooms are amazingly comfortable. Very good toiletries and location is central. Full English breakfast is amazing.

Cons:

Unfortunately, this time the bedroom air con was not working on a very hot day and there was no maintenance available and no other rooms available to swap. They offered a fan and 30% money back which we were happy about it. The breakfast was always amazing and the full English breakfast still is but due to the botel being overcrowded the food was not available so soon and seats too so there was a wait.

Great hotel, friendly staff

Cons:

Hotel great , just wasn't fond of the city as there was sadly a lot of homeless people and felt a bit unsafe at times. . Hotel politely provided a camp bed for me which was very kind! Thank you.
