The bed was honestly so comfortable! The best night sleep I’ve ever had! The room was about 5 minutes delayed after check in time, but we were provided with a free glass of prosecco for the inconvenience, which was really lovely. 5 minutes usually wouldn’t be an issue, but we were just in a rush, but the staff were really good about it.
I can’t think of anything. Everything was perfect.

Location
I was in the mindset that its a 4 star hotel but to my disbelief it was not and the experience was bad as my floor had renovation work going on with paint all over the place hated my stay plus fridge was not working

Breakfast was great. Location of the hotel itself was perfect. Loved every bit of it.
We had to park not too far which I didn't really like but the fact that we got a discount for using the carpark from the hotel made me relax. They're spot on. I'll definitely be using the hotel again next time I'm in Manchester.
