Awful
Pros:

Parking is a across the road

Cons:

Ridiculously noisy room - requested and phoned ahead to request a quiet room but room was anything but ! Facing the Main Street and only a couple of floors up. Didn’t sleep a wink all night with the constant traffic noise. Was up in Manchester the night before a special event but day ruined given that I hadn’t slept all night.
Why if requesting a quiet room they can’t give you one at the back of the hotel or higher up - we weren’t late checking in .
In Addition the desk lamp does not work, so hard to do make up - looks like it’s never even been wired in

In short would never stay again.

Great stay!
Pros:

Stayed for 1 night and we had everything we needed. Bed was really comfy, great location, very central, great choice for breakfast

Cons:

We were in room 225 only criticism would have liked a view. Also another bedside cabinet as had to put glasses, phone and drink on the floor.

The bed was so verry uncomfortable both myself and my husband didn't sleep very well for the 2 nights the mattresses was very hard and lacked any bounce when turning.
