Wonderful stay
Pros:

Had a perfect stay. Firstly, I was traveling during a horrible heatwave and the air conditioning in the room was AMAZING. I arrived a little earlier at the hotel, overheated after a train journey with faulty AC, and my room was ready, nice and chilly 😍 The location was perfect for what I needed (a gig at Band on the Wall), the room was spacious, modern, clean and had everything I needed. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Clean, fresh and pleasant
Pros:

The cleanliness was spot on, the room smelt really fresh and the breakfast was lovely and they had a good selection.

Cons:

Unfortunately the pillows weren't great, some were lumpy and the others were too soft.

Very happy with stay
Pros:

Great location, spacious room and excellent breakfast.

Cons:

Requested a twin room, this could only be guaranteed if more money that original price was paid.
Staff member told us the wrong breakfast times.

A convenient location for the marathon in the city. Very comfortable room.
Pros:

I was there for the Manchester marathon, the location was brilliant with a lovely pasta restaurant opposite and easy links to the city and surrounding area.

Cons:

At first when I went to my room, unfortunately the aircon was not working and the room was very hot. The staff were very helpful and immediately arranged for me to move to another room which did have working aircon so I was very pleased with this.

Great hotel with excellent staff. Perfectly situated in the town centre and the AO Arena is a 3 minute walk.
Pros:

Although in the process of being decorated, the hotel was clean and spacious with great staff.

Cons:

Parking is a problem. The concessionary multi story is still £18 for 24hrs or if you use the car park directly opposite it’s £25 for 24hrs.

Great stay, room comfortable - would stay again if visiting Manchester.
Pros:

Great location, easy to find and a short walk from the car park we had booked. Room on 7th floor - great views and very spacious and good facilities. Toiletries included in bathroom. Breakfast was included in the rate - very good choice and tasty.

Cons:

Shower cubicle was a bit too small.
Plug sockets at ground level next to the bed. Had some difficulty plugging in but managed in the end - could be a little higher up, to make it easier for all plug types.

Clean, friendly staff very accommodating to our early check in, great to have air conditioning due to hot weather. Fantastic location with carpark literally 2 mins walk.
