Booked a room with a queen bed and got a handicapped room with 2 single bed. Shower did not work unless you were sitting. I was told too bad that’s all they had even though the app still showed vacancy.
My truck window was busted out and vandalized and they said that was normal

Check-in staff was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with lots of options.

Good night stay in small town surrounded by other small towns, had a super Walmart but there are still corners of Southern Pines that still had small town charm.

I felt safe. Seeing as I had insomnia every night, I walked outside for peace and quiet every night between 11pm-5am and felt 100% safe! There are security cameras..however... I'd bet money, no one is watching them.

Beds were uncomfortable. Jard like Flintstone's bed. Roach crawled under our door 1st night. Heavy musk incense aroma at check in. Day Care Kids racing up and down hallway on luggage carts while the parents were talking in the dining area until 1am. Day Care Trampoline Park in the room above us. Clanking and slamming of doors and pots and pans all night. I couldn't find staff to complain about all the noises and kids. I tried making a complaint multiple times a day for several days during my 7 night stay. Breakfast was the same thing everyday. The cereal, bagels, english muffins, and bread were stale and left out. The warm options: other than the pancakes and cinnamon rolls taste awful. Bananas were what i ate. I tried the turkey sausage patty and it was cooked wet canned cat food texture and tasted like cardboard. No milk alternatives for cereal, coffee, or to dink. No sugar free condiments. I wish I could leave a better review. But, i paid $2K for 7 nights..... way too much for that regular 2 queens room when I should of been upgraded to a suite!

We hardly had a relaxing vacation. No sleep. Constant headaches from the freakin wild Day Care kids and screaming, yelling, 5am loud clanking and banging noises from the kitchen.

Worst stay ever. I do NOT recommend

We had a room right outside the pool and it was pretty noisy until it the pool closed at 10pm. We didn't realize it until we were already in the room and unpacked so we dealt with it since we were staying only one night. Nice breakfast spread.

Comfortable, Clean & staff is great!
Stayed before and will stay again!
