Excellent Hotel
Best hotel in Germantown and greater Memphis. We have been visiting family in Memphis for over twenty years and this has been our favorite hotel. It’s modern, extremely clean, great attention to detail and friendly accommodating staff and management. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms have great lighting and device charging options. Breakfast is free has a wide variety of choices. There’s a grind your own beans on demand for coffee that is available 24/7. The owner/managers are visible and involved which is probably why it’s such a good hotel. In the last four years, they’ve kept the same front desk staff. That speaks volumes. It’s like coming home. Thank you!

This hotel is always clean and the service is very friendly. Breakfast is great and it's in a very convenient location in Germantown. Close proximity to Shelby Farms, which has some of the most beautiful walking and biking paths (among other fun things to do). We've been coming to this hotel for years. Same owner for the past 15 years. Always a great experience.

Perfect location, very quiet! I have had the pleasure of frequenting this Holiday Inn Express several times in the last two years because it is close to medical facilities but yet in a quiet location just off the main high traffic areas. Extremely clean, friendly knowledgeable staff. Would recommend this location if you’re looking for close proximity to medical care but in a quiet, peaceful and safe area this is the hotel you need.

The front desk staff was the highlight of our stay. The woman who checked us in and out was very kind, professional, and clearly hardworking. When we had an issue with hot water on Friday, the staff member we spoke with at the front counter was responsive, and the problem did get fixed that evening. That said, the stay itself was just okay. The beds were not very comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was weak. Breakfast was acceptable, but the biscuits were extremely hard—almost inedible. Overall, the customer service was great, but the room comfort and amenities fell short. It wasn’t a bad stay, but I don’t think I would choose to stay here again.

Both were good for us

Absolutely a very fantastic, clean place to stay. The area is very nice and safe. There’s a Chick-fil-a, a Waffle House, and a nice gas station so close that you could easily walk. The location is central to anywhere you might want to eat or shop. This was our second time staying here because after our first stay with them, we HAD to come back. We make multiple trips to Germantown for eye surgeries and doctor appointments and have stayed in several very high end hotels. This property was cleaner and the room was more spacious than ANY we have encountered here and the pricing was very reasonable especially compared to places we had stayed in the past Zander the room was twice the size.
The staff /owners are super kind, friendly, helpful & accommodating. They provide a nice complementary breakfast which we did not eat either stay, but my husband stopped every morning, both stays, for his morning coffee which he says is good. The food offerings were well presented and cleanly kept, but we just had time constraints. That is the only reason we haven’t tried the breakfast yet. We do plan to stay every time we return if possible so we hopefully will be able to try it on a later visit. We are just so happy that we have found a wonderful, clean place to be our home away from home. The king suite is very comfortable and so spacious. You HAVE to try staying one time with them, you will not want to stay anywhere else. I didn’t write a review on the first stay because I usually don’t even do reviews, however, since we had the same great experience a second time, I felt they deserved thanks and recognition for providing the community such a nice place for visitors. Five ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+ stars plus more !!!

Close to where I needed to be. Easy to get into and out of parking lot and onto Highway

The property was very nice, comfortable, and safe!

Nice hotel off the main highway, good breakfast.
Was there when there was a bus full of kids that ran up and down the halls but not for long. Otherwise was pretty quiet.

I stay at this hotel often and will continue to return in the future as needed. It is quiet, clean, located in a safe area, and has great staff.

Safe and quiet area

Great hotel. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was awesome. Especially appreciated the walking trail (accessible from the hotel). The hotel is located in a safe part of town and has a well-lit parking lot. Plenty of nice restaurants in the area an easy access via the traffic light.

It is unfortunate, but this place has gone downhill. I have stayed here before and found it perfectly satisfactory. Not anymore. To start with, they have removed the coffee makers from the rooms. Their explanation? You can go down to the lobby to get coffee. Really? Do they really want to encourage people to head downstairs in their bed clothes first thing in the morning?

Then there is their lack of maintenance. I turn the wall AC unit to heat first thing in the morning to take the chill off the room. It had been so long since it had been cleaned that the dust on the heating coils generated enough smoke to set off the smoke detector. Fortunately, it did not set off the fire alarms.

I will not be back. It is time to find another hotel in Memphis.
