とてもよいホテルです
Pros:

2日目の夜遅くテレビのリモコンの電池がなくなり、テレビを操作できなくなりましたが、迅速な対応をして頂き満足です。
朝食のバイキングもいろいろな食べ物があり、長期滞在でも飽きがこないのはよいですね。

2da decepción consecutiva en el mismo hotel
Pros:

Nunca mas me quedo allí
Muy mala experiencia de mi parte
Desde el Internet malo, el desayuno que carece de opciones basicas y la mugre alcanza.
Para peor mande lavar ropa (finalmente no me la cobraron) y me la devolvieron tal cual dale del lavaropas. Lamentable.
La próxima me quedo en el Crown que es nuevo.

拥挤的自助早餐
Pros:

对于五星级宾馆感觉很多地方没有达标。特别是酒店自助早餐，人太多了，我们根本就没位子坐。想服务员一问才知道，这里的自助早餐对社会团购开放，因此都是团购人员挤满了，严重影响住店旅客的用餐，最后服务员让我们与其他人合用才解决，总体乱轰轰的，性价比不好，希望以后改进一下。

Very Good but 2 Suggestions
Pros:

My stay was excellent!

I do however have the following suggestions:
- Since the hotel is not near any Masjid (Muslim Place of Prayer), please consider a small carpeted room to use as a Muslim Prayer Room with a small arrow facing the direction of Mecca, Saudi Arabia (so as to let those who are praying to know which direction to face).
- Since there are no Halaal Muslim Restaurants nearby, please consider catering for Halaal or allowing guests to order from a Halaal restaurant through the hotel and have the food delivered.

Providing these 2 services will greatly assist Muslim business travelers who may stay at your hotel.
