Amazing hotel with the best team ever
Pros:

Fantastic location, views, quality of accommodation etc etc HOWEVER the real benefit of staying here is the quality of the staff in EVERY department. You will struggle to find a more professional and helpful customer service team anywhere! They are all BRILLIANT!

Perfect long weekend
Pros:

The A/C in the rooms made the stay perfect in the hot European summer. Delicious breakfast both European and US choices and eggs to order. The parking garage was never full and incredibly easy to park. Enjoyed the spa area with inside and outside areas. Service was second to none. Five star stay!

Cons:

Not necessarily negative but other guests should be aware of the following. We had a room where the bathroom was open to the rest of the room. Couples who are very comfortable with each other and keep the same sleeping schedule, this shouldn't be a problem.

Enjoyed very much
Pros:

Excellent facilities. Glamourous lake view from the balcony. Everything was clean and neat. Breakfast was so nice and diversed that you would regret if not having some. And a gold restaurant with charming views. Staff were super friendly. They provided me with an extra quilt on hearing that my roomate took the only quilt in the room😂. Anyway, enjoyed very much and thanks a lot for the service!

超级棒！
Pros:

酒店位置很棒，去火车站很方便，服务超级无敌好，入住和退房酒店都有接送火车站，不用带着大行李箱走路真的棒极了！房间的view一级棒，早餐丰盛，水果好好吃！客房打扫的特别干净～我在施皮茨的最后一天因为要赶火车很早就要出发，本来不在酒店接驳车的服务时间，酒店也贴心的安排了送站，司机师傅准时到达并提前把我们的行李搬到了车上，非常暖心，我会推荐所有人入住这家酒店！

Pros:

房间很干净窗外的view很棒！早餐超级丰盛，服务也特别好，酒店的工作人员都会微笑打招呼～我定了3晚但是分成了两个订单，酒店非常贴心的帮我升级了房间这样我就不用搬来搬去换房间，酒店还提供接送站服务，会按照提供的车次时间准时到达，真的超级棒！

Pros:

▫️风景绝佳：推窗就是图恩湖和施皮茨城堡，旁边还有人家养小鹿。
▫️设施提醒：不提供拖鞋和牙刷牙膏，需自备，床头无插座，只能书桌/洗漱台充电。但是！阳台可以晾衣服，晴天一晚上就干了，建议带小瓶洗衣液，衣柜里有衣架，也可以自带。
▫️早餐惊艳：餐厅窗外风景如画，每天早餐时刻都是享受。目前住了三家酒店，这里的早餐最丰富，最重要的是有超级新鲜的水果（其他酒店 包括超市的切果也都不新鲜），水果品质很好每一种都好好吃！煎蛋正常水平，欧姆雷特不错，可自选食材（桌上有菜单）
▫️接送站服务：爬过施皮茨的坡才知道送站有多重要！火车站去酒店是缓坡下坡，推行李不累，但是如果自己推行李去火车站那就遭老罪咯。
