Sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder.
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel. Gute Lage zum Oberland. Sehr freundliches Personal. Der Wellnesbereich ist sehr gut ausgerüstet. Lademöglichkeit für das Elektroauto vorhanden und sehr günstig.

Cons:

Offenes Bad zum "Schlafzimmer" ist nicht so unser Ding.

Great location - beautiful views - great food - an excellent choice
Pros:

The restaurant staff, service and food was a very high standard. Friendly reception greeting. The view of the lake and mountains from our room and the restaurant was superb. The pool and spa was a bonus. The small gestures like apples on each floor for guests was a homely touch. We would stay again. Close to the town and lake and up the hill to the train station. The hotel provided us w their transport to get us and the family suitcases to the train station which was very nice!

Cons:

The restaurant was amazing, really lovely food and presentation excellence; my only comment would be the time between entree and main course was a little long for us as a family and made the evening later than we wished.

I’ve had the pleasure of visiting Eden Spiez several times, and the experience is consistently excellent. High-quality service, genuinely friendly staff, and a very warm welcome every time. The atmosphere is elegant and relaxing, the spa is outstanding, and the breakfast is exceptional. The view over Lake Thun is simply magnificent. A place that never disappoints.

Todo perfecto fuera de la habitación si vas en pareja.

Ubicación, vistas, staff, limpieza, desayuno

Cons:

La cama muy baja y muy pequeña, muy incómoda.
El wc no tiene nada de privacidad, deberían pensar en cambiar algo al respecto.

Séjour de rêve que nous aurions aimé prolonger…
Pros:

L’accueil chaleureux, l’amabilité et le professionnalisme du personnel. Le confort des chambres très bien équipées, la gratuité du minibar. L’emplacement de l’hôtel avec une vue magnifique sur la baie et,le port de Spiez. Le restaurant est très confortable et la nourriture est excellente: produits frais, recettes traditionnelles et originales. Les vins locaux blanc et rouge méritent d’être découverts. Le vendredi soir le repas était accompagné d’un récital de piano d’une excellente qualité. La décoration de Noël discrète et de bon goût. Le petit déjeuner était digne d’un hôtel 5 étoiles servi avec élégance par la responsable qui parlait un français parfait.
