Lovely staff. Affordable and the breakfast was decent.

It was filthy, the bedsheets were stained and the towels. I left after one night and got a refund.
Stayed here multiple times with work and can’t fault it.
Laura on the Reception was particularly helpful.
Perfect stay at a hotel with fantastic staff - 2 staff members Liam and Laura make a fantastic team and are polite and pleasant , make you feel more than welcome and your stay easy and straite forward .

Breakfast was bit all over the shop
Constanley running out off items coukd understand food but knives and forks butter and cups no reason to runnout of these

Heating didn’t work and I was freezing cold… shower pressure was very low and didn’t warm up enough.
We are just on our journey back home to the north east . We booked this as part of a football package . First of all I have to give a huge shout out to Liam and Laura , they are a credit to the hotel . Worked till late last night at back first thing for breakfast . Nothing was too much trouble and they were so welcoming and friendly smiling and chatty as we said goodbye . The hotel was clean , bar reasonably priced and breakfast lovely . Would definitely stay again . We got an Uber to the match no problem but struggled on way home even 2 hours after game had ended . We would probably get the bus into town next time eat there then get a taxi/ Uber back once things had settled down . Air con was welcomed after a horrendous night at the premier in the night before where it was just too hot to sleep. Free WiFi was fantastic speed . Kids games were free to use also .

Rooms could of been cleaner rooms tidied looking bathrooms in both rooms had cracked bowl showers in both room had mould
