Location and comfort
One of the television and kettle was not working
Cheap , Spacious room , VERY COMFY bed , black out blinds , bed side reading lamps , ironing board / iron provided , kettle , plenty of plug space
The basin in the bathroom was cracked , tv froze / unable to use however I didn’t complain as couldn’t be bothered sure they would have accommodated & there was toe nail on the bed
The bed was comfortable and room was reasonably clean. Welcoming staff.
Curtains need a wash or replacing, there was a stain on the carpet and bathroom ventilation don't seem to work and the silicone sealant needs redoing.

large rooms, decor modern, large TV, toiletries, body wash and hairdryer, kettle, tea coffee milk and surar, plus iron and ironing board in the room, highly impressed for the money.
Everything ok, apart from breakfast. Had to ask for food and then there was a long wait for it to come out, still no scrambled egg/mushrooms, then they took food away at 0930.
All the staff were brilliant, helpful, polite and accomodating

Bed was very comfortable, good facilities overall.
Booked early check-in, reception didn't seem aware of this. Booked a double room with sofa bed no bedding for the sofa bed had to go to reception and request bedding to be told I should have requested this on booking the room bit annoying but overall nice place needed some work in the bathroom a few floor tiles were loose.

Pull out bed not used as the base dipped so felt like your feet where higher than your head, black mould in shower, paint peeling off the ceiling, air con/heating didn’t work but did have a plug in radiator, over powering air freshener as you walked into hotel, Breakfast didn’t start well no coffee no eggs no scrambled eggs no brown bread but soon rectified
Hotel is clean, staff are very friendly, can't do enough to help or make you feel welcome

Smell of hotel left me bad headache
The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable
We been staying here for the last 3 years, this year wasn't as good. There was a big group of adults and kids sat in the bar and the kids were just running wild, the staff were letting them carry on and didn't even say a word, then early in the morning they were running up and down the corridors, slamming doors and shouting. The second night they run out of alot of food and couldn't keep up with the drinks orders.
