Pros:

Competitive price point similar to big name rivals. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful despite being so busy.

Cons:

Appeared to be understaffed as a couple of people were trying to cover all roles, resulting in customers having to wait for someone to see to them.
Room could do with a little maintenence; broken tile, paint touch up.
Great breakfast but as some items emptied from the buffet, they were not replenished but remained empty. Notably pastries.
On the whole exceptionally good value despite some minor gripes.
