Basic, poor breakfast, bed was uncomfortable and they are short in staff. Room wasn’t cleaned the second night and didn’t have fresh towels until the next morning at 10am.
Complained to manager about shower leaking onto grid making annoying noise all night … basically no sleep … was to maintaince were going to come and fix .. two days later still leaking and noise was gradually getting worse … also the chef sacked so no food at the restaurant … would expect more from a well established hotel chain 😡
I have stayed twice and always the water and light goes out for an entire day after hours there’s is no one to be found in the front desk and I have stayed there twice and both of the times the same thing happened there won’t be a third time
Basen nie dziala. Nie mozna wejsc na teren z lezakami. Recepcjonista najpierw opisal jak sie dostac nad basen, gdy wrocilam zeby poinformowac ze furtka sie nie otwiera,powiedzial ze basen jest nieczynny, dlatego nie mozna tam wejsc.
Pokoj nie byl posprzatany- spinki do wlosow itp na dywanie.
Ostatnia noc- agresywny karaluch w lazience, insekt wielkosci daktyla!

Recepcjonista nie potrafil zrealizowac platnosci karta za pokoj. Przez ostatni tydzien ponosze koszty za rezerwacje i za przewalutowanie z PLN na USD. Pierwotnie rezerwacja byla oplacona w PLN.

no estaba habilidato el comedor, la habitacion que se habia confirmado con entrada de una hora en especifico, no se tenia lista. no habia personal en la recepcion, ya que estaba en la cocina lavando algunas cosas.
