All very efficient
Our cooked breakfasts although tasty were unfortunately very cold particularly the scrambled egg and bacon and the coffee machine didn’t seem to work too well and there were long queues to get a coffee
If the plates alongside the buffet cooked breakfast area had been warmed this might have helped
The yogurts and fruit and pastries etc were all very good
Not sure I would have breakfast again if I stayed here which is a shame as the hotel is really nice
All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially Marshall during breakfast
We came for a wedding and it was very hectic. The staff were very calm, understanding and helpful. They noticed when certain things needed urgency. I would like to especially mention Ragib who went above and beyond to help. From getting us help to move multiple items, to providing clarity and help in testing times when there was a lot to navigate. Much appreciated

Just back from a 2 night stay here and we all were super impressed with the service, courtesy and overall experience we had. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and went over and above to feed us when we arrived after the evening meal had finished being served. The rooms were clean and comfortable 10/10 for customer satisfaction!
