Fabulous stay
Pros:

We booked a nights stay with spa and treatment through Groupon for our Xmas present, on arrival mohan gave us an early check-in with a lovely smile and the friendliest manner , our room was fantastic and spotlessly clean, our massages were lovely, we finished the day with superb cocktails and a delicious meal in the restaurant, served by polite and attentive waiters , breakfast the next morning was also fabulous, I would highly recommend a stay here 😀

Lovely stay, slightly let down by breakfast.
Pros:

Great pool and spa. Modern bedroom. Great bar staff

Cons:

Breakfast was average - minimal coffee and hot water, and unfortunately tasteless sausages.
Nice setting though.

A lovely weekend at this hotel.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable. Good facilities and great breakfast.

Cons:

Rooms needs a magnified mirror by the desk area for make up application and hair styling. A toilet brush would be good too. A little bit out of the town.

Weekend Break
Pros:

Stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel has lots of parking and you must register vehicle on arrival.
Great facilities and the staff were very friendly and professional from checking to resteraunt.
Problems were resolved quickly.
The only thing I would mention about this and other hotels in this group is the use of very thin small toilet paper which if the strategy is to save money I think it cheapens the overall excellent offering
The location is about 30 min Walk to Marlow and the hotel is a little isolated with its location.
The other issue I had was that I assume the TV volume is restricted at night as the volume on the remote would only go to 20 percent at night but higher in the day and I found this frustrating as the volume was not loud enough for me.
The resteraunt is really good with a set menu of many dishes of European and Asian and you can mix choices,
The food was very good as was the service so much that we eat there both nights rather than attempting to go into Marlow where we concluded none if them would have been better than Glaze restaurant
Overall a very good hotel and great food and service

A happy experience for our 20th wedding anniversary
Pros:

Very friendly service upon arrival the staff were informative, helpful and even upgraded us ! Great facilities and amazing food served by a friendly, helpful waiter called Mahi the curry i had was recommended by him and was very nice indeed the lamb was tender and the desert very scrumptious.
