Pros:

Great hotel & staff that make your stay just perfect
Pros:

The staff were friendly & professional. Check in was quick & easy. Room is a good size with a very comfortable large bed so we had a great nights sleep. Yes it is walking distance into Marlow either via the main roads or via a lovely walk along the river.

Cons:

I think that the hot water for the teas in the breakfast room should be via a hot water tap not the jugs. They handles get very hot & then the issue of burning your hand while trying to pour the water into a cup. I have mentioned this before as I think it is a health and safety issue.

Wonderful Spa Break
Pros:

From the moment we walked in until we left after a two night stay the customer service was excellent, so attentive and polite couldn’t do enough for you (special mention to Mohan who checked us in on reception thank you 🙏🏽) every person from reception team, bar team, waiting and breakfast were impeccable and so polite.

The bedroom was upgraded to a king on arrival the room was stunning, beautifully clean and a comfy bed. No noise issues at all and very relaxing. We spent time in the spa which was lovely after our included treatments with a hot tub, steam room and sauna and loungers to chill and relax on with a book.

All food was fantastic - we had Indian food in the bar/restaurant on the first night and formal set menu in the restaurant the second night all beautifully cooked and served. The buffet breakfast had a great selection and all very fresh.

We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to return - highly recommended thanks to the team at the Crowne Plaza Marlow

This was my first time stay at Crowne Plaza and I must say Dinesh Motani and Prabhakar Kumar made me feel at home.

My stay at Crowne Plaza Marlow was nothing short of outstanding, and a major reason for that was the exceptional service provided by Dinesh Motani.

From the moment I arrived, Dinesh made me feel genuinely welcomed with his warm hospitality, attention to detail, and sincere commitment to guest satisfaction. He went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was comfortable and memorable—whether it was offering thoughtful recommendations, proactively checking in to make sure everything was perfect, or simply greeting me with a friendly smile that instantly brightened the day. His professionalism paired with his personal touch truly sets a new benchmark for service excellence.
Crowne Plaza Marlow is a wonderful property on its own, but team members like Dinesh and Prabhakar elevate the experience to something truly special. Both gentlemen are remarkable ambassador for the hotel, and their dedication turned a great stay into an unforgettable one.
