Pros:

The location of the hotel is very peaceful and quiet. Easy to approach. Room is very spacious and clean. Atmosphere is friendly and calm. Service is great, staff is gentle and polite. I am just spending my first day here but all in all so far good value for money. Tanya gave me the massage at the spa. She was very professional,kind and friendly.

Would come back a 4th time
Pros:

There was some mix up with the time of our treatment which was quickly remedied. The massage by Tanya was excellent, I get ever so many knots in my shoulders from sports, which were expertly removed.
We were quickly seated at breakfast with the choice of hot or cold you couldn't want for anything.
Most of the punters seem to be old/families so there doesn't seem to be much in the way of noise pollution.
The room is clean and lovely. The bath is massive and we will be getting in it together later

Good hotel, good location, nice clean room, hotel staff very friendly.
Pros:

Room was clean and spacious, we had a family room, 2 double beds.
Location was very good.
Staff very friendly
Pool very good.

Cons:

Certain parts of the hotel could be updated, needs a little freshen up.
Breakfast was good but not excellent, we had our breakfast at 9am and it looked like there wasn’t much left, but staff did bring more food out eventually.

Perfect location , if you have a car
Pros:

Beautiful location on edge of a lake, great Spa facilities and huge comfy bed. Good breakfast

Cons:

20 min walk from nearest station, be lovely to have shuttle service.
Thinnest toilet paper I have ever experienced - wow

Quality Hotel and excellent staff
Pros:

Usually, having a subsidised stay through a promotional scheme (Wowcher) the staff are frequently less than interested in the guests but I can say on this occasion that this was far from the truth. Sebastian, Mihaly and Mohan were particularly attentive and cheerfully disposed to seeing to all our needs. My wife and I had a great time and all the facilities were fantastic. Thank you so much. We will come back again.

Absolutely fantastic hotel
Pros:

This was an astonishingly surprisingly amazing stay. Having booked the hotel for late May bank holiday weekend, it was busy as expected, but didn't feel too busy as it was well staffed. The weather was much hotter than expected when initially booked, so the in-room air conditioning turned out to be a blessing. The facilities included a pool and spa, and while there wasn't time to enjoy them, it was good to know they were available. The cooked breakfast was buffet style, but again surprisingly well cooked and kept. In particular the fried eggs were kept perfect with runny yolks and not left to dry out. The continental breakfast was quite expansive, with a remarkably well stocked selection of fresh fruit. The room had an ice bucket (worth noting the ice machine is on the ground floor), mini-fridge, was generally clean room throughout, had a spacious bathroom and a quite comfortable bed. The staff were super friendly and energetic. The view from the back of the hotel over the lake was particularly appreciated, particularly on a hot long weekend. Thoroughly impressed. Btw, the shower was clean, didn't flood, the controls responded well and had no issues! A rare find amongst hotels these days! I honestly am looking forward to the opportunity to stay there again!

Cons:

One afternoon we were told that we would be unable to dine outside because another earlier diner had their sandwich stolen by a red kite and their pint knocked over. Quite honestly I would have paid handsomely for the privilege of watching a red kite knocking a pint of IPA over me, and and it's a shame that never came about. Perhaps when the kites are out then only allow for food that is safe for kite consumption to be served outdoors and require such stubborn diners to use plastic receptacles? In other words, the hotel was absolutely amazing and it was extremely hard to fault it any way. Although the above is a funny true story, it wasn't even something truly dislikeable.

Wonderful experience for a lovely getaway
Pros:

Great location, easy access to the town. Staff was lovely and welcoming. Very easy and quick check in and check out, staff was very helpful. Mohan was very welcoming and helpful through the process Every area of the hotel was extremely clean. Room very convenient and great size. Bed was beyond comfortable. Quiet environment.

Great experience with friends
Pros:

Honestly couldn’t have wished for more. Lovely hotel, great weather, with my friends, great food, great price through Virgin experience days and a lovely relaxing time. Breakfast and dinner both yummy!
Thank you to Mohan for doing a great job of checking us out the rooms and putting up with our noise and chaos
