The room was pleasant but could do with an update , bedding and towels very clean, continental breakfast had plenty choice and staff were lovely
unfortunately shower was very awkward to get in and out past the sink and the door to the bathroom did not open fully as it banged of a cupboard that contained the boiler.

Stay was exceptional and I was upgraded to an apartment from a double room as I had booked for almost a week.
The only minor disappointment was only having a continental breakfast option as opposed to a full cooked breakfast choice.

First impression on arriving was looked very worn out, inside did look better but when walking to the room it was horrible, tripped while walking to the room as the carpet wasn’t in the floor grip, opened the door to the room and it was grim, stain on the wall, floor dirty, bathroom dirty, broken toilet seat, bed was uncomfortable, one thin pillow each, we didn’t even stay we watched the game and drive home, didn’t even want a change of room as the hotel didn’t give me high hopes on any room

They charged me the £50 deposit and it wasn’t until I chased repeatedly that I got my money back. I am in disbelief at how long this charge took to be refunded.

Bad location very rough area drug users ect no clean horrible smell in the room not comfortable slept on top bed as did not like getting into bed
