It was quiet and peaceful and able to leave car there all day.
Just a bit worn out
El personal es amabilísimo nos facilitaron todo lo que necesitábamos incluso por encima de lo que considera su trabajo
Las zonas comunes están muy bien cuidadas pero las habitaciones necesitan ser renovadas
Trata-se de um prédio histórico extremamente bem cuidado e mantido. O bar, a sala de sinuca e de estar são especialmente bonitos. Para nossa surpresa, o café da manhã estava excelente (vi comentários de alguns europeus reclamando por não haver uma opção quente, o que para brasileiros está tudo bem, pois não é nosso hábito). Havia vários tipos de queijos e frios, ovos cozidos, sucos, dois ou mais tipos de pães, croissant e bolinhos doces. Várias geléias, frutas, leite gelado, sucrilhos, enfim o café é bem variado.
A única coisa que pode desagradar alguns é o tamanho do quarto (o nosso era bem apertadinho), mas o chuveiro é ótimo. A localização é muito boa também. Os quartos estão distribuídos por 3 prédios anexos que têm entradas independentes. Solicitamos quarto no térreo e fomos atendidos.

The shower none existent. Dead rats at the front decking. Still waiting for refund of £50 damage deposit. No parking even though stated free parking.

There’s a few bits around that need to be sorted, but of course this costs serious money and this is a budget hotel. So it’s more than understandable!
If you need WiFi like I do for work this is not the place! It’s fine for Netflix, streaming a film etc but nothing where uploads and downloads of big files are needed!
Breakfast is continental, so cereal bread, ham and stuff like that! More than adequate, but we prefer a cooked English or similar so skipped it on day 2.
The funny thing is, for what they must throw away here it probably is easier to buy ingredients and have staff make an English. After all we are in England!
We ate so much out at night that this wasn’t really an issue however!

Friendly staff nice charter to the building stay in top room warm and a bit stuffy but very clean stairs a bit of a climb

The staff were very friendly and accommodating! Especially Trish, going above and beyond.
The breakfast was included and enjoyable.
The outdoor area out of the back was a nice place to sit and relax.
The beds were SO comfy!
The bedrooms were slightly outdated and worn out. The front of the hotel is deceiving as it looks run down but it’s quite grand inside!
