Could no have been better.
Pros:

Warm welcome, easy check-in and check out, surprised at the facilities available. Will certainly come back to Hyatt at other locations, made it hard to stay at another place. Your doing a great job, keep it up!

Serious Concern Regarding Front Desk Professionalism
Pros:

Terrible check-in experience. The staff member kept me waiting for 25 minutes while she stayed on a phone call. Even with three parties waiting to check in, she prioritized a minor mini-bar request for a friend/acquaintance over the people standing right in front of her. Completely unprofessional and a total lack of basic customer service.
