Comfortable, cozy, happy environment
Pros:

The hyatt house staff (ASHLEY) was very polite and welcoming. We were accommodated with adjusting our check in time. My husband and I just got married that day and everyone wished us well and constantly congratulated us. We even received a few perks since it was our big day. It was beautiful. They made us feel very special and welcomed.

My fiancé and I stopped at this wonderful Hyatt during a day trip to New York City when we became too tired to complete our drive home. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the staff was welcoming, and the amenities were excellent. We especially loved the outstanding studio room, which featured a fully equipped kitchen complete with a full-sized refrigerator, induction cooktop, sink, and compact dishwasher. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely choose Hyatt again.

Pros:

Room smell bad . Staff not helpful. I will never go back. We stayed for one night thank God we didn't have more nights booked . If they would have offered a refund I would have found another hotel to stay at.

Pros:

The staff was friendly. The Hotel facilities were good. They could have better breakfast options. The room size was spacious and not cramped.

Cons:

Although the room was a good size, it is in need of some minor repairs. One of the cushions on the couch was ripped. The mirror on one of the closet doors is cracked. The dishwasher was dirty. It appears that the cleaning staff do not check the details of the room. The bed wasn't fully made. The iron didn't work. Although it was switched out, we had to call more than once for someone to come to the room. Not sure if I would stay here again.
