Comfortable and clean
Pros:

Breakfast was exceptional and the room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

A hair dryer would have been nice. Having the hot tub was one of the reasons we choose this location and it was not in use.

Great Hotel!
Pros:

Excellent hotel from check in, room quality and clealiness, breakfast, to check out. Ryan was at the front desk and took care of us with respect, listened to us, and ensured we knew about all the available ammenties. Thank you for having a great hotel and thank you Ryan!

Personal atmosphere
Pros:

The pool was very warm and empty so it was nice for my kids to play. Room was very clean and spacious. Front desk was helpful and have us bandaids when we asked. Its in a area with lots of stores.

Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a hotel in Morris.
Pros:

I booked the room for my son’s fiancee the night before their wedding and for both of them the night after their wedding. They were thrilled with the room, the staff and the thoughtful gift basket they left for them! Thank you for making their stay so special!

Morris is a great place to stay

Good accommodations but desk staff could use some work on friendliness
Pros:

The positives were: Breakfast buffet was excellent; very healthy with good entrees; veggie omelettes, yogurt, fresh fruit. Coffee was fresh brewed by the cup. Hotel rooms were remodeled with the suite having a full sized refrigerator. Rooms were spacious and during the week when we stayed, very quiet. However, there was a layer of dust on the top of the refrigerator-obviously once the room was remodeled the cleaning crew didn't got the top. (see photo attached, where I was able to dust up until the back.)The negatives were the two women who checked us in and out were not the friendliness. They both seemed to be either having a bad day or just didn't want to smile.

Location. Cleanliness. Breakfast. The nice lady manages breakfast service. Reception staff.

Cons:

The only complaint I have is every time the shower or toilet in the upstairs bathroom we could hear quite loudly in our room.
