The positives were: Breakfast buffet was excellent; very healthy with good entrees; veggie omelettes, yogurt, fresh fruit. Coffee was fresh brewed by the cup. Hotel rooms were remodeled with the suite having a full sized refrigerator. Rooms were spacious and during the week when we stayed, very quiet. However, there was a layer of dust on the top of the refrigerator-obviously once the room was remodeled the cleaning crew didn't got the top. (see photo attached, where I was able to dust up until the back.)The negatives were the two women who checked us in and out were not the friendliness. They both seemed to be either having a bad day or just didn't want to smile.
Friendly staff and very clean

Location. Cleanliness. Breakfast. The nice lady manages breakfast service. Reception staff.
The only complaint I have is every time the shower or toilet in the upstairs bathroom we could hear quite loudly in our room.

Great for big families
Omg! Bed was so comfortable! Pillows very nice! Clean and very spacious. Highly recommend.
I always stay here when visiting family in Morris. Service is friendly and rooms are clean and updated.
The location and breakfast.
We stayed at this hotel recently and were very disappointed, especially given that it was the most expensive option in the area (over $200 a night). It was absolutely not worth the price.
The biggest frustration was the pool. It was closed during our stay, and we were not informed of this at check-in. When we asked about pool hours, only then were we told it was closed. When I expressed my concern, the response was, “Oh, you booked online, so you must not have read the fine print—sorry.” Later, I overheard staff offering another guest a refund for the inconvenience of the pool closure. That was never offered to us, even though I absolutely would have accepted. To make matters worse, I checked online afterward, and the listing doesn’t even mention the pool closure—it only notes “Hot tub/Jacuzzi.”
On top of that, the cleanliness left much to be desired. The counter where the coffee pot was had old cup rings and was sticky. The shower had a slimy film and visible stains. The hall needed a good vacuum! For a hotel charging this much, these things should not be overlooked.
Overall, the lack of transparency, poor cleanliness, and inconsistent customer service made this stay very disappointing. We will never return and do not recommend this hotel.
