Pros:

I would like to leave a special thank you to the hotel manager for the outstanding help and kindness during my stay. At one point, I found myself in a difficult situation, and he went far beyond his responsibilities to assist me. He personally drove me to Walmart and helped me purchase a money order, making sure everything was done correctly.

This level of care and support is truly rare and deeply appreciated. He didn’t have to help, but he chose to, and that made a huge difference for me. Thank you again for your professionalism, generosity, and willingness to go the extra mile. It made my stay not only comfortable, but truly memorable.

Location was great, breakfast reasonable and staff friendly and polite.
Pros:

Convenient and safe location with onsite free parking. Rooms was nice and clean and bright. Bit old but ok.

Cons:

The aircon unit inside the room was pretty dodge and had wires hanging out of the bottom. My husband pushed them back in and we just kept away from them. Shower over bath which I don’t like but matter of opinion.

Хороший готель, зручні ліжка, приємний персонал, смачні сніданки. Відбувся збій у системі і наш готельний номер на момент нашого приїзду був зайнятий, у звʼязку зі збоєм персонал нам запропонував інший номер, який був набагато більший за наш попередньо заброньований. Ми були з 9 місячним малюком, час виїзду з номера 11.00, наш літак був у ввечері, нам дозволили ще залишитися на декілька годин без доплати за номер. За що працівникам готелю щиро дякую!

I wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

Next to the mall and free parking

Cons:

Room door was damaged and not confident secure, the bathroom door was too tight and difficult to shut, toilet roll holder broken. Pillows very uncomfortable. Could hear guests above and in other rooms. Especially at 2am lots of banging. Breakfast was just ok.
