Location was really good, staff is trying to make the best out of it
It’s a bit old and odd. And we gade a strange feeling on the 4th floor. It was like the floor was moving a bit like being on a ship
Location, basic amenities and neat. The receptionist guy who attended to me on arrival was helpful. I appreciated the fact that although the property didn’t have a business center, the receptionist was kind enough to print out a few pages for me from their system.

The location is great value for money. Walking distance from the galleria and overall, a very nice location in Houston. Rooms are decent and overall clean - having access to a kitchenette was nice.
The staff weren't the friendliest. They were all professional and in no way rude but did not give that vacation feel.

O café da manhã é gostoso, os quartos são confortáveis e espaçosos, eu acho que precisa de uma renovação mas é ok para dormir, cama confortável. Localização excelente, a região é ótima pertinho do shopping!

The room was not clean. carpet stained, room very dusty and dirty. And the air conditioner was LOUD. I reported my concerns to the front desk man and he not very willing to help.
