The breakfast and the rooms
Custo benefício muito bom. Quarto, localização, café da manhã, estacionamento. Recomendo e voltaria.
Para ser sincera, não gostei da qualidade do papel higiênico do quarto. Pode parecer besteira, mas tem besteiras que fazem a diferença.
Pool was great, loved the apartment style setup as well. Very close to the main mall which was a bonus, easy to get around via Uber as well. Would stay here again
Nothing, it's not a 5 star hotel but still great location and facilities
We got really good service from the lady at the reception: super early check-in and late check-out.
The hotel needs a facelift. Both public areas and rooms are run down and do not match the pictures. This includes the pool area. The pool area was also very loud, because of the AC machines perhaps.
Everything was super clean and comfy and I loved that we could park in front and didn't have to search since it was downtown most definitely recommend

La ubicación es excelente.
El servicio de limpieza muy atento y cordial.
En nuestro caso nos olvidamos un objeto y han sido muy amables en la disposición para que podamos recuperarlos, a pesar de haber tenido muchos problemas con la gestión del envío (por un motivo ajeno a ellos).

Es un Hotel pequeño, muy antiguo, se nota que han tratado de hacer cambios pero las habitaciones tienen un olor desagradable, que hace sentirse uno incómodo. Hay que dejar la puerta abierta siempre para tratar que el olor se vaya. El sofá cama es pésimo éso ni siquiera se debería considerar para dormir en él. El desayuno muy muy básico, cocina pequeña, no rellenan nada, ponen pocas cosas, salchichas y tortas no las cocinan bien. Todo es en vajilla desechable, el vaso para el café huele a guardado no puede tomar uno café con calma. Se gasta el único rollo de papel higiénico de la habitación y las de limpieza simplemente no rellenan hay que ir uno después de un largo dia a recepción a pedirlo de igual manera lo hacen con el jabón para manos, no reponen si se acaba el único mini jabón que dejan. El AC de la habitación es SUMAMENTE RUIDOSO, se escuchan las personas del piso de arriba de un lado a otro. Las camas son tamaño matrimonial, NO son QUEEN, por lo tanto 2 personas quedan muy estrechas durmiendo en ellas.
En conclusión es un hotel que al tener ése precio realmente refleja lo económico en todos los sentidos.

It’s a bit old and odd. And we gade a strange feeling on the 4th floor. It was like the floor was moving a bit like being on a ship
