The property was clean and front desk were amazing
Everything was great
Breakfast lasted longer than other places. Front desk receptionist Marissa was beyond helpful. She stayed past her leave time to help me clock in. She kept me informed about the room wait as nothing was available at 3pm when I got there. Each morning I seen Marissa she was always cheerful and willing to help. The bed was super comfy. I throughly enjoy a firm mattress
The other front desk receptionist Carlos was crazy rude. Gave me attitude when I told him I was there before another guest for check in. He kept telling me to just wait after I stated twice how I was already there and had been waiting. He gave me a side eye look that said so many not good things. The eating area had strangers off the street recording patrons while we ate on their phone talking very long and playing loud videos on their phone when they were not a guest at the hotel.
I have stayed here several times. I love the value for my dollar here. It's near the mall, movie theaters, lots of food and other shopping. The room was very cozy and I had a decent view. I had a relaxing stay and will be back soon.

Clean, well kept property. Good location with ample parking. The breakfast was an added bonus for our families with children. The afternoon desk clerk (young man) was very friendly and helpful, even before we could check into our rooms.
The rooms are pretty small and not very well laid out. There is no whirlpool hottub and the pool closing at 9 pm on a summer weekend was not optimal. The evening desk clerk (young lady) was not very friendly, seemed distracted while checking us in. She barely even looked at us, seemed as though we were bothering her.
Everything! The breakfast is excellent. The rooms are beautiful. The AC works. Underground parking, don't forget to ask for a parking key card for the elevator. You need it to access the elevator from the garage. We had two queen beds, sometimes it's nice to stretch out and sleep in the middle! The cook was great! Thank you!
The maid tried to open the door at 10:30 the 1st morning. No courtesy knock or anything!And because the hubby forgot to put the safety latch and lock it, she walked in and asked something I wasn't awake enough to understand at 12:30 the second day! I said we're still in here, thank you. She closed the door, I locked it. The shower curtains are a disappointment. I have a curtain that is mesh or see through on the top 3rd and is split with a curtain on the outside and a shower liner on the inside. It snaps together so you can buy a replacement liner if it gets funky. Shower curtain is way to short.
