Clean and proactive not that I had any problems
i missed breakfast by two minutes and was not able to get anything. staff were very rude. I didn't appreciate being woken up by the police department at 7:30am to ask if i was missing a child they had found roaming the hallway.

The staff members were friendly and our room was easy to get to which was helpful for my mother. My mother and I enjoyed the breakfast.
I didn't sleep much because I could hear the noise of the traffic on the highway. It was pretty loud for me, I wished I brought some earplugs. I almost got up to ask to be transferred to a room to the other side of the building but my 82- year old mother was already asleep around 2am as we had a really long day from our drive from out of state and meetings that I had to attend.

They did me dirty. I reserved an ada room and and they gave us a standard room. Made it very difficult with our wheelchair

Zustand sehr schlecht. Vieles funktioniert nicht. Hotel stark renovierungsbedürftig. Defektes Licht wurde auch nach mehrfachem Nachfragen nicht repariert.

It was on my route, and reviews looked OK. But it's NOT as presented. On arrival, there was no one at the front desk for at least ten minutes. Seemed like Twilight Zone . Not cordial at all.room very small, odor, not clean. I wanted to leave but I prefer not driving freeways at night. Breakfast was ok.not great but the oatmeal was ok.
Everything was sub-standard. I always read reviews and take the best rated. My reviews of hotels are normally 9 or 10. But this is 2, not zero, because the breakfast was OK. Do not stay here.

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay. The bathroom was in poor condition and there was no extra toilet paper provided. The shower curtain did not properly contain the water, causing water to splash all over the bathroom floor while showering.
