Es war ein toller Aufenthalt in einem spannenden kleinen Mittelgebirge mit vielfachen Möglichkeiten.
Pros:

Der Empfang im Hotel war freundlich. Es folgte eine detaillierte Einweisung in die Umgebung und die möglichen Aktivitäten sowie Sehenswürdigkeiten. Auch danach war für Fragen stets ein offenes Ohr vorhanden.
Das Frühstück, am Tisch serviert, war fantastisch. Es gab nichts, was uns fehlte. Angefangen von frischem Obst über Herzhaftes sowie Süßes, Joghurt, Kaffee bis hin zum Orangensaft. Dabei wurden individuelle Wünsche erfragt und erfüllt.
Auch das Abendessen (Halbpension mit einer Auswahl aus drei Gerichten) war ausreichend, schön angerichtet und schmackhaft. Das Hotel insgesamt und das Zimmer waren sauber und in gutem Zustand.

Pros:

For those who love trains, there is no better hotel. It is right in front of the station where the steam locomotives depart at the same time, so you can see the station well from the balcony. This historic hotel has been beautifully preserved. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant, which were delicious. Even if you are not staying overnight, eating here is sure to be a wonderful experience. The hospitality of the staff was excellent, and they even prepared a Japanese menu for us. I would like to go again.

Cons:

There is no air conditioning, so it may be a challenge in the hot summer. Showering is a bit difficult.

Pros:

Je to pěkný hotel, čistota celého hotelu a pokoje, koupelny byla na vysoké úrovni, dostali jsme o něco lepší pokoj, fotografie na webu jsou reálné a plně odpovídají skutečnosti. Polopenze byla moc dobrá a pití, když sedíte u baru rozváží vláček, opravdu moc pěkné. Stránky uvádějí, že je wifi-internet jen ve vstupní hale, ale mile mě překvapilo, že není žádný problém se k internetu připojit i na pokoji.

Pros:

Idyllisch gelegenes Hotel, mit komfortablen Zimmern. Das zugebuchte Abendessen war immer lecker.
Auch das Frühstück ist gut, ein wenig mehr Diversität bei der Fruchtauswahl wäre jedoch angebracht.
Kleiner Minuspunkt: Waschlotion wurde nicht täglich aufgefüllt

Hotel am Bahnhof Bertsdorf
Pros:

Ein sehr schön eingerichtetes Hotel mit viel Liebe zum Detail zur sächsischen Eisenbahgeschichte.
Bis zum Bahnhof sind es nur ein paar Gehminuten. Vom Hotelbalkon konnten wir die Dampfzüge der Zittauer Schmalspurbahn beobachten. Für Eisenbahnfreunde besonders zu empfehlen.
Sevice, Frühstück und Essen waren sehr gut. Das freundliche Personal gab gute Tipps für Ausflüge
ins Zittauer Gebirge.
