Rubbish stay at hotel with AI to contact for complaints see screenshots of messages from INNit blis
Pros:

The area was ok had to search several streets for parking

Cons:

Trying to contact innit bliss as problems using key code because room 14 dangerous steep step to bathroom from bedroom very steep step shower did not work had problems talking to AI about problems AI kept saying hotel will be in touch had to make many calls to AI before hotel got in touch when they did they said go down stairs to use shower in room 11 eventually I sent message back saying that's not good enough we want money back so we can find another hotel then they climbed down and said we can have room 4 from the Wednesday when it's ready so use shower in room 11 but sleep in room 14 so rating only 1

Let me cancel two rooms no trouble

Bed was to small for two people
Shower pressure weak
Wasn’t advertised as a room in a house , when I booked there was a kitchen area , due to rearranged booking no kitchen

Great place to stay
Pros:

Great place to stay, very quiet and near where we wanted to be. Very easy check-in and good communications during our stay, very quick to answer questions. Everything was clean and tidy, comfy bed

Cons:

I would have liked the TV to have terrestrial television available, but this is very minor point, and didn't spoil our stay

Cons:

Shower kept going from boiling hot or freezing cold not a pleasant experience and it smelt in the bathroom of damp and the extractor fan was very noisy

I'm very disappointed that Booking.com presented this hotel at a reasonable standard. it is not.
Cons:

There's no reception. The photos advertised are nothing like what the rooms actually look like. There was no water in the taps or shower, which is shocking!

Nice enough!
Pros:

Nice enough room. Mine had an ensuite. Comfortable enough. Clean enough.

Cons:

It's just a basic room, so no issues. Space is a bit tight. Sea view is not a sea view and there's a lot of stairs up to that room with luggage. No lobby or breakfast room (fine for me). Parking is difficult. Situated on a hill.
