I loved the ability to choose my room before hand through pictures, and the room was beautiful and fully decked out with everything we could have needed. There was coffee, sugar, milk pods, laundry bag, hair dryer, towels, and more!

Such a great hotel in Brighton, will definitely come back again. Such a good price too! Rooms were clean, accessible and just lovely. This hotel has all we needed and the owners are easily contactable and always really helpful!
Nothing at all- a suggestion for change would be to put a sign up as ira hard to find but I am sure there is a reason why it’s not been branded :)

Room key safe, wasn't easy to read the numbers as they were on a reflective silver barrel! Bring your glasses or a magnifying glass if you have vision problems.

Room walls are not very sound proofed
The bed was comfortable, I had most things that I needed, and the fellow guests were pretty quiet and non-disruptive. Customer service is quite good considering there are no staff physically present. Location is not too far from the pier and main seafront.
A few of the plug sockets were coming out of the wall - this is dangerous and they were unusable. The fan provided did not work and was full of dust. The shower constantly went from extreme cold to boiling hot with hardly any medium, despite different settings tried, and the height could not really be adjusted. Radiator did not appear to work.
