Great room, perfect for a romantic getaway.
Pros:

The bath and bed was amazing! Huge room with all the facilities you’d possibly need for a short stay.

Cons:

Bottom floor next to the door so it was a little noisy. Also location is a little further out from the centre.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

It was clean and comfortable and just as advertised. Was unsure about no physical staff presence but managed codes and AI telephone system well and staff responded promptly and physically when needed help. Overall really good and definitely would go back.

Cons:

Nothing to not like on our stay.

Good value for money but lack of communication / assistance and parking was expensive

Good value for money. Easy to access.

Cons:

Tried to call the number provided 10 times to ask about the parking and no answer. Waited hours for a response via message which was far too late. They knew parking in the area was free until 8am and when asked for help with parking vouchers etc they didn’t reply until nearly 1pm. The emails said parking vouchers were provided but they weren’t. There was meant to be 3-5 private parking spaces with the propriety but the link didn’t work for this address. Just very poor communication in an area where parking is difficult to locate and very expensive
