The Breakfast was excellent and the location is beautiful
There was nothing I didn’t like about the hotel
Lovley building and village. Beautiful room with lovley facilites. Friendly staff. Lovely food and drink in site. Breakfast was amazing with good selection of hot and cold options.

Varied ambience between bar bistro and den. Like that they were training young people to work as bar and serving staff. Food was good as well and breakfast more than adequate
Not really anything didn't like. Fire exit route from 21 possibly do with a looking at especially if a fire started in adjacent room. The ceiling beams in the bistro I hope aren't structural.

Lovely old inn. Fantastic food , great location.
A layer of dust was almost everywhere clearly the cleaner had no idea. The black mold in the bathroom around the shower was not on.

I love this hotel. So cosy and staff are friendly. Sheets are spotless but don’t smell of laundry detergent. They do delicious gluten free meals. Great value for money and location is incredible

It was refurbished recently so felt clean and fresh, it was lovely and warm, important for winter stay. The room was comfortable. The staff were pleasant friendly and helpful, the restaurant had a good menu that catered for special diets and the breakfast was great.

The hotel staff were lovely,we had a really nice meal in the evening after arriving & the breakfast in the morning was great plenty of options plus there was a vegetarian option which was perfect for my partner
The room was a little on the small side & we had no hot water in the evening before going to bed
