Pros:

Le spa, l’emplacement, le petit-déjeuner, le confort des chambres.

Cons:

Tout aurait pu être parfait mais 2 phénomènes sont venus entachés ce séjour. D’une part les gens qui fumaient au niveau de l’entrée jusqu’à 2/3 heures du matin faisaient un bruit pas possible, réveillé en sursaut à plusieurs reprises. D’autre part, un groupe a confondu le spa avec la piscine municipale, aucun respect pour les hôtes venus se détendre. Dans les 2 cas de figure, malgré mon signalement, l’hôtel n’a rien fait…

Pas le service attendu d’un 4 étoiles
Pros:

Emplacement près des pistes
Location de skis dans l’hôtel pratique

Cons:

Eau tiède dans les douches
Bouteilles d’eau payantes dans les chambres
Aucune disponibilité dans le restaurant de l’hôtel tous les soirs du séjour à cause de séminaires
Aucune navette proposée par l’hôtel pour nous rendre dans les restaurants tiers parfois très éloignés et aucun taxi disponible

Pros:

La décoration des parties communes, un hôtel assez intimiste, la qualité des repas et un spa très spacieux. Chambre pas très grande avec du rangement, mais salle de bain parfaite, et wc séparé, un vrai plus.....

Cons:

Le buffet petit déjeuner bon mais pas très bien organisé, la literie pourrait être améliorée et il manque une machine à café, quelques degrés de plus dans le jacuzzi et la piscine serait appréciable. La porte de la salle de bain ne fermait pas du tout, même avec le loquet intérieur et cela dès notre arrivée, ceci n' avait pas été signalé par l'équipe d' entretien
