L'hotel est très cosy, très beau spa, nous avions une suite très belle spacieuse

Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien agencées et décorées avec une très belle vue sur la montagne ou le village
Le petit déjeuner est excellent.
La piscine et le spa sont magnifiques avec de très beaux volumes
Le personnel est très accueillant et à l'écoute, équipe jeune et dynamique.
L'accès aux chaines Canal+ serait un plus dans les chambres

- de quoi boire un thé dans la chambre
- la décoration de l'hôtel
- pas la possibilité de garer la voiture dans le parking de l'hôtel
- pas la possibilité de dîner au restaurant de l'hôtel car plus de place et pas de room service (!!! pour un 4 étoile)
- chambre petite : difficile de circuler autour du lit et du lit d'appoint, jugé peu confortable par la personne qui l'a utilisé
- peu de rangements
- frigo fonctionnel ?
Le billard est très abimé (les queues ne sont pas au niveau) et il manquait une boule.
Les cocktails (et surtout l'Irish coffee) ne sont pas au niveau non plus.
Le restaurant était très bien, la piscine également
Pas de parking, les lits bougent sur le sol de la chambre, pas de tables de chevet et je n'avais pas de tapis de bain non plus. C'était très correct mais je m'attendais à mieux

Absolument tout : confort, calme, vue magnifique, personnel adorable, cuisine incroyable et petit dej super bon. Le spa est superbe également!

Location, excellent spa/sauna. Nice views. Parking. Nice helpful staff. Parking is helpful, advise booking during high season.
Our bathroom toilet was positioned so close to the shelves and wall you had to squeeze in to use. Balcony was only wide enough for a chair or two. EV charging fees were high compared to commercial rates for our small battery. Flat fee makes little sense with different battery sizes and state of charge.
