Le gérant m’a accueilli et pris en charge alors que j’avais été victime de punaises de lit dans mon Airbnb. Il m’a conseillé et aidé à désinfecter mes affaires pour éradiquer les punaises. Le personnel est très disponible et à l’écoute. L’hôtel est très bien situé, proche de la gare d’Orléans, et propose un tarif tout à fait raisonnable pour la qualité du service. Il est également possible de demander une facture pour les remboursements. Je vous recommande !

Cons:

Le seul truc que je n'ai pas apprécié, c'est le débit du WIFI qui est assez médiocre mais bon la 5G c'est pas mal !
