L'accueil était excellent et très professionnel. Les installations sont magnifiques et les chambres sont d'une propreté et d'un rangement irréprochables. Tout était parfait.
Points négatifs :
Manque total de respect de l'intimité de la part du service de ménage ; la femme de chambre est entrée dans la chambre plus de trois fois à partir de 10h00 du matin, ce qui était très dérangeant.

Staff is the most important factor
Kamal and Mouad for their excellent and warm hospitality. I got upgraded to junior suite that means a lot to a solo single traveller !! Kawthar was amazing and always do warm and bright at the desk… Location .. 25 minutes walkable distance from the souk .. opposite exchange safe neighbourhood on the main road but very quiet. The food is beyond expectation !

Hospitality was outstanding , Zainab’s and , kauther was present for help and guide whatever we needed . Room was wide and spacious. The pool was good with temperature on cold side as it was very hot.
This hotel was great for a stay in Marrakesh. Very close to the train station, extremely friendly staff fluent in English, complimentary breakfast, and multiple restaurants in the same building. It has a nice pool and spa area. The rooms are spacious and clean, low noise level. The atmosphere is relaxed with a tea station always available and the value for the location is unbeatable. Staying in the Medina at first sounds great, but staying outside becomes more convenient as uber cannot go into the city walls. Here, we’re central enough to everything (20min walk to the large mosque) and multiple restaurants and corner stores to grab water bottles and snacks.
Zineb was very helpful during our stay and check in on us frequently to make sure everything was perfect!
