La piscine trop petite et très bruyante qd il y a des enfants ou des ados, elle est encaissée entre les murs des chambres, 6 étages , pas possible de se reposer entre chambre qd les enfants s’y amusent
We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were comfortable. The location is also convenient, with the old Medina reachable on foot in about 30 minutes.
That said, the hotel itself feels dated and could benefit from better maintenance. Considering the condition of the property and the amenities offered, we felt that the value for the money was relatively low. While our stay was pleasant overall, the price did not fully match the quality of the experience.

My reviews are mostly positive, but this hotel is somehow not to my taste. Reading the reviews, everyone praised the pool, which looks nice, but the water is too cold and the sun is only at a time when sunbathing is not recommended, after 4 p.m. everything is in the shade. That is probably why the pool is empty. The hotel is quite shabby and urgently needs a makeover, the towels have long since worn out and by European standards would have been thrown away long ago. The location is good, but the overall impression is not, sorry.

This was our first trip to Marrakech, and we absolutely loved it. When we come back, we won’t stay anywhere else.♥️
The location is great and not far from Medina.
The hotel was amazing and what truly made our stay special was the staff. From reception and security(Ayoub), to the porters and the restaurant team, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful and tried to make you feel home. Everyone was always asking if everything is fine, if the room is okay and if you are happy. They gave us great advice about Marrakech and even arranged a last-minute trip to the Ourika Valley with a private transfer, which was amazing.
Our room was clean and comfortable, the beds were great, and we enjoyed every meal we had in the hotel. We tried both Moroccan and international dishes, and everything was delicious.
Some reviews mention the breakfast isn’t very extensive, but we found it more than enough, especially with fresh omelets made to order.
Beautiful pool area, lovely rooftop views, wonderful people, and an unforgettable experience.

The staff kept asking about my fiance which room she's staying in whenever we walked into the lobby when she was staying in separate room.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our first visit to Marrakech. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and ideally located close to the old city while still being right in the city centre, making it easy to explore everything Marrakech has to offer.
The food was delicious and the service was excellent throughout our stay. A special thank you to Fouad, who was always smiling, friendly and a pleasure to talk to. He gave us some great recommendations for places to visit in Marrakech, which made our trip even more enjoyable.
A fantastic experience overall and we would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Marrakech.
Super accueil, staff chaleureux souriant et au petit soin ! Bel hôtel avec super emplacement proche de l’hivernage et de gueliz. Nous avons même eu le droit à une upgrade en suite !
