My stay at the hotel was wonderful in every way. The hotel is beautiful and comfortable, and the atmosphere is unique and truly relaxing.
The food was good and delicious.
I would especially like to thank the waiter, Fouad, for his excellent attitude and outstanding service. He was always smiling, helpful, and quick to respond, which made our experience even more enjoyable.
L'emplacement est top, tout le personnel est adorable que ce soit à l'accueil comme au restaurant ou à l'entretien des chambres (clins d'œil a Fatima et à Myriam).
Les chambres sont spacieuses et les parties communes très agréables pour passer un moment autour d'un verre ou se poser au soleil sur le rofstop.
This is not a 4 star hotel more like 3 star, a fridge but no mini bar, room was tired, no desk. I was part of a group of solo travellers, the phone did not work in my room and I felt vulnerable at night, being a woman, the H&S certificate showed dialling 9 from your room in case of a fire! I complained every day and was told that they have problems with the phones....! The shower floor was very slippery, the showers itself was a hand held with a hook, so that it hung down, a ledge was inside the shower, therefore water dripped all over the floor outside the shower, the glass was fixed. Tile missing, a lot of limescale inside and outside the shower. We had one meal as part of our stay, it was cold, we didn't eat there again. Breakfast was fine, the staff friendly and amenable. I would not recommend this hotel and nor would I stay here again.

Me and my friend visited this hotel after hiking in Sahara. Our room was spaceious, but that was all. The bed was really hard, the shower was not cleaned up, really bad smell and low water pressure!
The buffet dinner was horrible! Not many choises and the food-trays were not refilled!
We also visited the wellness spa. We did book royal hamam, 50min.
We got a therapist to share and the treatment did only last for 40min. Our therapist was strickt to us, so we did not relax at all. In the midle of our treatment she took herself a shower with all her cloths o!n! Really strange! And also strange that we had to share one therapist! We did complain after our treatment!
Will not visit this place again and will NOT recommand it at all!

Modern and 30 mn walk from downtown
We had requested a disabled room for my husband. It was located in the basement, dark and small. After 6 days I asked for a better room and got one with a walk in shower which was lovely, on the 4th floor (with elevator), with lots of space and light.
We had chosen the hotel as it boasted a heated swimming pool and a gym. The pool was very cold and it was closed after 2 days for repair. The gym was basic and the treadmill old and malfunctioning! Very disappointing!
