We really enjoyed our stay. The decor was tasteful and everything was so comfortable. Our bedroom was really nice with a huge four poster bed. With a spring mattress. Which was extremely comfortable. The bedding was delightful lovely, warm and comfortable.
Tea and coffee making facilities were much appreciated.
Breakfast was excellent 👌 high quality food and coffee served. By an amazing hostes.
The staff were so pleasant that We would visit again.
Sadly the boiler had a little misshap and the hot water wasn’t available in the shower but it didn’t inconvenience us at all.
The host was very apologetic and the boiler man was there to attend to the problem as we left.
We visited before and the bar was available with an amazing array of gins.
Sadly we couldn’t avail ourselves of this, but we discovered a very friendly local pub
Lovely old house with large gardens and multiple out-buildings now serving as hotel rooms and annexes for guests. Reception within the main building where breakfast and the bar are also located. Loads of period features to browse, great big sitting room, excellent breakfasts with fish/egg options in addition to the usual full cooked version. Plenty of car parking on site.
There was some confusion when four of us arrived after a very long walking day as to which rooms/formats were ours. This was all clear on the booking, but took some backwards and forwards to sort out with a staff member. Once sorted, things were very comfortable.
The room..view...breakfast and bed very comfortable

We stayed in room 6 the king suite which was beautiful. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. Just a couple bulbs out in the bathroom but no issue. The large bathroom was gorgeous and we made the most of the bath.🛀🏻
The hosts were very helpful and friendly, location was perfect for us to visit Brid and Filey, the village is lovely and the locals very friendly in the local pub.
Would definitely recommend and stay again.
Lovely property, welcoming host, quiet location. Room was charming and well thought out although floorboards and four poster frame a bit creaky 🙂
Room and bathroom spotless with powerful shower. Well cooked breakfast
Only stayed one night 🙂
Delicious breakfast.
Beautiful house & setting. Room was great, comfortable bed, large bathroom with amazing bath 😃
Staff were really friendly.
Beautiful house in a beautiful location. Room was fab, and breakfast was lovely. Warm and welcoming owners who are always on hand to help.
The quality of the decor, furniture and Christmas decorations, worthy of such a lovely building
No information in room. Poor lighting inside and outside. Not able to control heater, and inability to open window, so extremely hot overnight. Wash basin plug was non functional
