Fine and convenient for a short stay
Pros:

Easy to park. Felt homey.

Cons:

Big dog that was friendly but there was a dog smell in the room.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Friendly owner, off-road parking, large bedroom and exceptional breakfast.

Cons:

No evening meal available - we walked into town, which didn't take too long (less than a 10 minute walk)

Its a lovely house the rooms was comfortable.

Cons:

Our bedroom faced the road so when we opened the windows it was noisy all the time. The house is actually 5.8 miles from Lyme Regis

Conveniently located close to the town with an excellent mediterranean restaurant close by. Suited our purpose as a base

Clean and comfortable accommodation with well-appointed rooms. Friendly staff made us feel welcome. Well kept gardens made for a picturesque setting which included the benefit of off-road parking.

Beautiful property, comfortable, well equipped room with lots of extras. Excellent breakfast options. Very friendly host. Great value for money.
