It was Ok for a night. Woulldn't go back
Pros:

The owner was friendly and helpful

Cons:

Very noisy on a main road. Bed not that comfortable. Eggs at breakfast and croissants were tasteless. The photos on bookings.com show a dining room with pictures of food. In fact you can't get dinner unless you give 48 hours notice. This is really a B&B not a hotel. The pictures are misleading.

Perfect for what I needed visiting old friend in Axninster

Nice small and quiet. Very easy to find with easy parking. Near to everything in Axninster. Breakfast nice. All staff friendly and welcoming. Very nice breakfast and coffee
