Friendly welcoming and great value for money
Pros:

Great location on the sea front , wonderful sea view from our room . Hotel clean and good facilities, food was excellent, freshly cooked and selection of choices . Made to feel special and well looked after by the hotel owners .

Cons:

Nothing , from the moment we arrived Colin was friendly and very helpful with our cases and advising how to get to the car park. Nothing was too much trouble, Sandra was lovely and chatty , her breakfasts were amazing , always piping hot , cooked and presented nicely. Room cleaned and replenished daily. Great Hotel with caring owners who make sure your holiday is great from the moment you arrive till checkout.

Super, with the sun out every day.
Pros:

The parking at the rear of the hotel was easy and free. Easy to park.
The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice to suit all tastes.
The room was attended each day. Was clean and tidy.

Cons:

Those stairs!
Elderly people with health issues need to take care.

Pros:

The room was very clean, great little bathroom quite modern, Colin and Sandra couldn't do enough for us made us feel very welcome gave us plenty 9f tea bags and biscuits for the room, even offered us cake. The breakfast was very good they used top quality meat, loafs of choice, great view eating breakfast at the bay window looking at the sea and Victorian pier and Great Orm. Wanted for nothing, even had free Car Parking right outside.

Cons:

Would of preferred a front bedroom but we booked late, so they where all booked but the rear view was good enough, more of a preference.

Just returned from a lovely 2-night break in Llandudno and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay! The Swn Y Mor is in a fantastic location, right on the front, with the added bonus of parking.
Our room was lovely, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing — everything was perfect! A special mention has to go to the wonderful owners, Colin and Sandra, who were so friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful throughout our stay.
We thoroughly enjoyed our break and would highly recommend this lovely hotel to anyone visiting Llandudno. We will definitely be returning! ❤️

Fabulous. Would definitely stay here again.

Friendly welcoming hosts. Good size room with bay window perfect for sea view. Lovely big bathroom with big shower. Free parking. Fridge in the room. Excellent breakfast.

Fantastic B&B
Pros:

Colin and Sandra are wonderful hosts. The hotel was spotless and the breakfast was absolutely delicious, such a great variety to choose from, we were spoilt for choice. The room was really comfortable, and we had a sea view which was great, listening to the waves each night as we fell asleep. We will definitely be back

The rooms and all communal areas that we used were exceptionally clean. Colin and Sandra were incredibly warm and friendly and very helpful in suggesting local places to visit and to eat. All meals that we had were freshly cooked and delicious.

Excellent 1st stay in apartment
Pros:

Location is amazing and having own entry at the front made life so easy for taking the dog on regular walks. Everything you would need is provided and the proprietors are lovely. Booked to return as soon as we got home from last trip

Cons:

Literally only possible fault is that due to lack of daylight in basement apartment the bed felt terribly cold almost damp at night. But its wasn't a major issue!
