Good stay, helpful hosts, enjoyed stay
Pros:

Breakfast and hospitality was good. Cleanliness was good

Cons:

We felt room to be very compact in terms of the money but location and hospitality was really good

Very nice
Pros:

I was the only guest when attending a conference. Colin and Sandra were very gracious hosts. They looked after me really well and made me feel very welcome. The breakfast was served beautifully. It is a dated property but very clean, just 5-10 minutes walking distance from the Llandudno railway station and 5 min to the conference venue.

Pros:

The hosts were very welcoming. The room was spotless,there was water, sparkling and still in the fridge, towels tea coffee and milk supplied. The sea view (requested) was excellent.
I had the full English breakfast which was really good and wife had scrambled eggs and the eggs Benedick both very good.
Car parking at the rear.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have a bar but we need that and it was early in the season and there are bars and pubs close by.

Excellent property with good facilities and close to everything.
Pros:

Stayed 2 nights. Well presented property, inside and out. Very clean and tidy. Very friendly owners. Able to park in property’s own car park. Stayed in a room overlooking the seafront. Good walk-in shower. Location great, short walk into the heart of Llandudno. Stayed room only so cannot comment on the food.

Nothing in particular.

Colin and his wife are perfect hosts, we had a lovely room with sea views spotless and clean.

Absolutely First Class
Pros:

In all fairness I cannot complain about anything whatsoever with Swn Y Mor. From the off Colin was brilliant. Check in was literally minutes and actually shown to our room rather than pointed in the right direction. Breakfast was superb and nothing was too much. I have stayed in numerous hotels and Swn Y Mor tops my list.

Cons:

The rain LOL. I cannot complain or find fault with Swn Y Mor.

Pros:

Owners were very friendly and chatty , they were helpful and nothing to much trouble. The hotel was basic but with everything you need and spotlessly clean. Bedding and towels were immaculate. Breakfast was beautiful especially the eggs benedict. 10/10
