Overall, still a very good experience and worth staying for the service
Pros:

The room was spacious and very clean. A special thank you to the staff, especially the front desk team—the service was excellent, super friendly, fast, and always ready to help. They really made our stay pleasant.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we didn’t get a nice view—the one from the window was quite disappointing and even scared.

Pros:

The staff person who checked me in, very friendly and polite and professional and welcoming

Cons:

Towels not clean, pillows not comfortable at all so stiff and hurt my neck, I cant move my neck today.. in addition to that, they are working on renovating rooms , the one above me, all night they r working on it never stopped until 5 am, then they resumed at 8 am!!!! And when I fell asleep around 10 where they stopped for abit, reception called me asking me to check out 11:30 maximum 12!!!! It was horrible
