Cons:

Noisy we cant sleep somebody doing maintenance on top of our room the entire night and my baby keep on waking up in between. No kitchen also for cooking

“The room service took a long time, and our calls were not attended to immediately. We had to dial several times before someone answered and had to follow up on our request. The room, especially the sofa, was dirty. We even found a needle pin and hairs between the sofa cushions, which we removed ourselves. That is why I requested an extra sheet to cover it, but it was not provided. Despite these issues, my kids still enjoyed the stay because of the pool accessibility from the room.”

Great for price and location.
Pros:

Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Massage was great and well priced. A/C worked well. Dinner was delicious and gym was lovely and has a ton of equipment. House keeping did a great job as well. Quiet enough location.

Cons:

We had a nonsmoking room but still had a smoke smell come into the room when the AC was on. Bathroom had a leak in it near the toilet. Bed was very stiff.

Good for its price, but needs improvement.
Pros:

The bedsheets were not clean obviously they were not changed! the reason why im putting a low rating.
Breakfast was ok, but many items were more for a lunch than a breakfast.
Vallet asked me to park my car in a sand pit parking, and had to walk on the sand carrying my luggages! (same when leaving)

Change the bedsheets.
More breakfast items.
