أنا لم أقم في الفندق بسبب وساخة المكان والرائحة الكريهة التي لا تطاق في الغرف ( رائحة صرف صحي ) الممرات المؤدية إلى الغرف متسخة جداً آثار أتربة وعلامات أحذية عمال على الارض بسبب أعمال الصيانة القائمة في الفندق وبسبب ذلك خسرت المبلغ المدفوع لفترة الاقامة مما ادى للذهاب إلى فندق آخر

I didn't like the fact the drain in the shower area was blocked up .Because when I tried to take a shower the whole shower area got blocked up .I had to see what was blocking up the drain in the shower area .There was loads of hairs blocking up the drain .I had to lift the lid up that was on top of the drain and see what was blocking it .I had to unblock the drain myself .It wasn't very nice having to clean up the drain of hairs and unblock the drain myself .

Size of room and the pool

Cons:

Charged an extra 100 dirhams for a child's bed for each night despite saying chil stats for free. It was 75 dirhams on the booking.com app and when quered they changed it.

Pros:

Location is nice. It has their own parking slots.
The interior is very nice. 2 TV.
Pool is quite big with heating, but it surrounded with restaurant...not so good.

Cons:

We booked a room woth terrace, but terrace was closed with 3 walls around and the 4th one is the door to the room. The sofa smells badly, like no one used it before (dusty).
Restaurant didn'r work properly. I couldn't reach it by phone.

Pros:

Room is good

Cons:

Noisy we cant sleep somebody doing maintenance on top of our room the entire night and my baby keep on waking up in between. No kitchen also for cooking
